Bought toxik jeans online and was sent a different size to the one i ordered as apparently the sizes are coming up small ? I ordered an 8 and got a 6 ??? Have been advised I can return at a total cost for postage in and out of £8 ! So I have to pay for the shipping of a size I didn’t even order - not happy and responses received very unhelpful - I won’t be purchasing from here again and recommend you check what you are getting before buying online as it’s a costly mistake

I went to buy my usual trousers and was encouraged to try on the engineered wide leg jeans. I am so glad for their nudge. The jeans are a great fit and suitable for casual day wear or dressing up for the evening.

Have loved this shop for a number of years. The online experience has always been really straight forward and smooth. Bought numerous items from this boutique, the staff are very helpful on size and fit. Recently bought a beautiful blouse by Vilagalo and had so many compliments. I often order a few sizes to try at home, delivery is fast and the unwanted items I returned were quickly processed and refunded. I will be back again soon!
