The instructions on the web site were unclear. The web site was poor. I booked without knowing and when I did not use the service they charged me a no show fee. There was no attempt to send me an email or a text which I had supplied them with. I tried lodging a complaint on there website and could not do so. I will be telling all not to use. Bounce so much easier and user friendly. Luggage Hero is a scam!

Perfect place to leave your luggage safely while you explore the city, there is insurance also available and it is not costly. Easy process to check in and out.

Luggage Hero accepted my reservation but the premises was closed and uncontactable when I arrived. The online help was completely useless, leaving all the work up to me to find an alternative. My advice is not to use this unreliable service.

Beware before you use this service. The drop off location was closed when I arrived so I called their number and the owner called someone to let us in and we had to drop the bag without any claim check.
When we went to retrieve the bag the owner still wouldn't answer the door to activate the entry buzzer so I had to wait for someone to exit the building to get in and get the bag. After that I received a "No-show fee" for the full amount I paid for a daily rate. After prooving I was there, Luggage Hero put the blame on me because they said I didn't use the timer- but I paid the full daily rate where I didn't need to use a timer.
I still haven't gotten the refund and they don't respond. Good luck.

Booking and paying on the website was simple, quick and convenient. The drop-off location was super-convenient for me. I just felt that the staff at the mini market, though efficient, couldn't be overly bothered. Importantly, I thought the live drop-off and pick-up procedure (timer, photo) was reassuring and felt safe.

I had originally booked this luggage storage service, but my travel plans changed and I never even left my luggage there. Several days later, I was unexpectedly charged €22 anyway.
I find this completely unacceptable. Charging customers for a service that was never used, without any clear warning or reasonable flexibility, feels unfair and dishonest. Customer service was unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other luggage storage options that treat customers more fairly and transparently.
