Over the years I’ve bought a few pieces of Travel Pro luggage from LuggagePros. They always have the best prices, and items are always shipped quickly.

The checkout would not let me use my additional 5% discount when I signed up for the mailing list. What gives? If you can't use both discounts why then do you offer them. The additional 5% would have been nice.

My Travelpro carryon came with a scratch on it. Also the compare chart online said it was expandable, but it is not.
I originally gave them 3 stars based on those 2 issues. Luggagepro’s called me. They fixed the online info and were great about fixing the other issue.
Great customer service.

Ordering was easy, and my luggage arrived quickly, even during the busy holiday season, I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first purchase with Luggage Pros. I would make another purchase in a heartbeat.

This Site SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
They claim to produce personalized luggage but always claim pictures are too blurry or pixelated to print and their Customer Service is beyond TERRIBLE it's unprofessional to say the least with them talking over you not letting you speak. It's a shame because we as customers are led to believe this company is legitimate but
DO NOT GIVE THIS THIEF SITE BUSINESS IT IS NOT TRUST WORTHY.
REPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Their site is easy to navigate, their customer service awesome, and their delivery fast & excellent! Their prices are lower than superstore outlets here in northeast US.

I received an email from their President & CEO as a follow-up on my purchase a few days later after I got my luggage (a regular carry on): and I was like, noo waay, I was wow-ed that he took time to actually email a complete stranger for just buying a small luggage online. That’s so very human, and a mark of a true leader. I wrote back with my only concern: the color of the received luggage is somewhat off the photo/image depicted on their website: I got light blue, but the website shows deep-blue (The color plainly states “blue” but the image/photo on the web is deep-blue, while the actual product that I got is light blue). He was humbly willing to accept the return. But I also like the “blue” they sent, so I kept it.

This is definitely a great and a respectable place to shop: just having an actual person contact you (and via their real specific email (not generalized company email), and even with their specific phone numbers, is a mark a great customer service, and soo genuine. I will shop again.

I created an account when I placed the order and didn't exist when I tried to login. Then I created an account afterwards, using the same email address on the order, and now my order does not show up on my account.

I was offered a 5% discount on my first order if I signed up for a news letter, I went and placed my order and was informed that that discount did not apply to this purchase which was my " first order".
while they avoided giving me the promised discount on my first order they will not have to worry about my second order because there will not be another order from them by me!

This was my first order & your website would NOT allow me to use any of 3 discount code (5%, 10%, & 20%) coupons (including, at least, the 5% discount for all 1st orders). I could have ordered through Amazon for cheaper, but thought that with the coupons it would have been cheaper to order through Luggagepros. Disappointed, to say the least.

Found what I was looking for. Nice comparison tool with similar products. Ground shipping was free.

Suitcase review

My suitcase is very sturdy and comes in a color I very much like. It is made from quality materials and I look forward to using it much more in 2019!

Total Scam!!! They take you orders and your money then a week later they inform you your stuff is back ordered. Stay far far away from this retailer

On the main page, my item reported a $30 rebate, but this was not applied at checkout. Customer service was not available, even by live chat.

When I got my bag a few days later, it was the wrong bag with the wrong color. Despite calling customer service "during business hours", I was repeatedly sent to voicemail.

Most of the positive reviews on here appear to be written by LuggagePro's team of marketing bots. What a scam.

Update:
2.5 weeks after my initial order with 3-day shipping, I received the correct bag. An email to the CEO got my shipping fee refunded. My rating still stands.

I received a "we had a problem" email within seconds of receiving the order confirmation, and when I called the number in the email, a robot tried to sell me: 1) a "Life Alert" system (no); and 2) a "Caribbean Cruise" for $65 (no) and then HUNG UP on me.
I then called the number again, and a different robot answered. I was put on hold for 5 minutes, assured that there was only "one" caller ahead of me, and then got another robot that told me they only answer the phone during business hours.
Would have been nice if that had been in the email ... you know, like, information?
This is not how you treat customers.

I saved almost $50 by shopping with Luggage Pros. The shipping was so fast and I knew I could return it if I needed to. I love my new bag. Thank you.

The product was exactly what we anticipated on time. No problems.

Hands down where I will purchase in the future. I love my Claire Chase backpack and found it on Luggage Pros for more than half-off where I found it anywhere else. Even MORE - It was sent out so quickly, and I received great communication on tracking. Love this site.

First time ever ordering from Luggage Pros. I absolutely LOVE my set of luggage. It is made of high quality leather and it is beautiful. Far more than what I expected it to be. I will definitely be ordering from Luggage pro again. I also bought luggage tags, credit card and phone case, and a travel battery charger for my phone. Everything was shipped on time and in great condition. 5 stars on everything.
