Amazing service. We brought two pieces of luggage, and they fixed them right on the spot. Then they noticed that one of the wheels was damaged and showed it to us. They tried to replace it with an extra wheel they had, but it didn’t fit my luggage, so they ordered the correct one, fixed it, and delivered it within two days. We highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice, too.
Horrible service - no fair replacement from Luggage Service and Briggs and Riley.
I'm very frustrated with the customer service for Luggage Service of Tampa & Briggs Riley bag service repairs. The problem was that traveled 30 minutes to this luggage SERVICE store to ensue my luggage is properly repaired. I would think this is what service should be provided and since this place is a register repair shop for B&R luggage company that claims luggage has a lifetime guarantee.
My bag was lost in the process of this repair cycle and no really one cares enough at this store to handle the problem.
I've called and emailed customer service about six (6) times so far, and they will not help me any further and don’t call back or respond to emails. When I contacted FedEx they said the Briggs and Riley will take care of this lost item. When I contact the store they say that Briggs and Riley tell them that they better not get involved.
Let me briefly remind the reader this is a luggage service provider. I also placed a bad review with Briggs and Riley to be as fair as possible in this situation.
The issue is would you want to go back to a service that does not have your interest in hand and does not make good on a repair service. Let me know what you think if you come into a store that you trusted and they lost your Luggage and no one helps to get you the same time of equal value.
Due to the poor service to handle the matter I will reconsider my future purchases, as well as my business partners purchases. I would recommend you think of this as well since you are paying for the value, service and lifetime guarantee when you buy your B&R Luggage or use Luggage Service in Tampa.
