I love classic clothing and quality <3 and that’s exactly what I’ve found here. I’ve ordered twice from their website, and I’ll definitely be ordering again. I bought a blazer wool Mimica and a wool Marc top/heart blouse wow <3 that’s all I can say.Thank you for the great customer service. I ordered the wrong size once blazer, and they refunded me so I could reorder the same item in a smaller size.

I bought a jacket in the London store and the same day I went back as I’d decided I wanted to return it (the shoulders seemed a bit big on me) however they said I couldn’t have a refund from the store, I could only have a voucher that lasts a year or get a different size. The smaller size wasn’t any better so I decided to keep it but I’m just really disappointed they couldn’t do the refund for me as I’d literally just bought it earlier and it was the same assistants. Very nice and helpful until you need to return an item at which point they can’t refund you! I won’t shop there again now and it’s a shame as I’ve always liked the store.

“On August 28th, I purchased 3 items from Luisa Spagnoli. They sent 2 items in one box and the third item in a separate box, but they charged me twice for the item that was sent separately. I chatted with Revolut and provided evidence showing that the issue was due to a bug on the brand’s website. They accepted that the mistake was on the brand’s side and refunded my money. However, on October 5th, this brand requested Revolut to charge me again for that one item. They refuse to accept that the mistake was theirs, and I only purchased 3 items, and they only sent 3 items, but they charged me twice for one of them.

I just wanted to say, don’t shop from Luisa Spagnoli, because if they make a mistake, they will never admit it, and you might get charged multiple times.”👎👎👎

I was there and I wanted to buy an outfit but the colleague was so rude that I left the shame, the salesman apologized but I was very uncomfortable with the female collegue

They will not accept an exchange - the item was purchased as a Christmas gift and we went to exchange in Jan only to be told that it was outside of the 14 day window! What company doesn't extend the return window over Christmas, let alone during a pandemic?! All I am asking for is a smaller size, and they are refusing to help. Don't bother with this company!
