Made an order 3 days ago and it was with next day delivery as I ordered it before 9pm, It says my fulfilment status is still unfulfilled, I’ve tried reaching out many times and yet received nothing back, there’s no way for me to track my order and I have no update about when I will receive it.

Placed an order , paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the order . I contacted them immediately after and have still not heard back from them nor have I got the extensions 3 days later ! Never am I ordering again

Used the colour matching service and they sent me the complete wrong colour. Asked to return and they refused, after sending them my consumer rights they were suddenly able to issue a refund. From reading previous reviews I find it a very sneaky tactic, not a good look on your company and definitely would not purchase again. The one piece of hair I kept for the sake of another long winded debate is already very tangled and doesn’t look like my real hair at all.

I love LullaBellz, my ultimate favourite brand. My 26” Super Thick Statement 5 Piece Clip In Extensions are beautiful . Shade: Chocolate Brown. They are absolutely stunning, they cover human hair. The blend is fantastic, so thick and soft. I also had, the styling clips, paddle brush, setting clips, styling glue, and extensions storage bag. All so perfect and pink, so lush. Quality is ♾️/10. Overall my favourite!! 💓💕🩷💞💘💖

So far not so good. I was so excited to try LullaBellz. Ordered a 5 piece extension set through colour match, unfortunately it didn’t let me add my photos. I’ve sent countless emails providing these and no response back. This was meant to be next day delivery too as it was ordered week day before 9. Needs better communication as it seems the response on here is to contact customer care however I’ve done that multiple times with no response.

I bought 2 clip in pony’s from here, however the colour match was poor, so, as per their returns policy I went on the portal to try and return the unopened one within the 14 day window. The portal would not work and said I was outside the returns window, despite me being within the 14 days stated. I have since emailed the company 3 times regarding the return with no reply. I would not recommend buying from this business.

I have been buying from this Company for many years and ordered something for next day to ensure I got the hair for my husband’s 50th party I’m still chasing it a week later. No response to my email and it’s still saying Royal Mail is waiting for the item. I want my money back and won’t be buying from them anyway and his party is on Saturday really gutted to be honest. You pay extra for next day delivery for a reason.

Faheen helped me a lot. She answered every question I had and clarified every situation. She provided an extraordinary and professional service. I can't thank her enough.

Order came fast but incorrect colour match received but resolved the issue by sending myself a replacement with correct match, response was fast & helpful. Would recommend

The item I received was lovely but was wrong item I emailed and was met with a response within minutes off Olivia. A notification on shop to say a new one was in the post and will be here tomorrow, and as a good will told to keep the original one which the colour match is absolutely perfect! Thank you Olivia

I used the colour match service . What arrived was a yellow colour
On my none blond hair
I asked to return as they picked the colour. After I sent 2 photos of hair colour . My hair is much darker . I have brown and ginger highlights put in.
Asked how to return for money back
Was told I can't as I took out of packet
Do not use the colour match service . As person is blind .

One of the items I ordered was out of stock, Olivia emailed me and was super helpful and gave me the option to replace it with something else. Olivia was super quick, helpful and so friendly! Thank you for the lovely customer service!

I have been using the feathered bun for a while now and have been extremely impressed with it. Great colour and quality. Customer service are always extremely helpful and always get back to me very quickly. 100% recommend.

Ordered my Daughter some beautiful clip ins for Christmas and ordered myself some colour matched clip ins. My Daughters order came within a day but I decided to change my hair colour and my other order was refunded straight away! Thank you Olivia ♥️
