They were marketed as Sweatshirts. They arrived and the one was thin cheap jersey sleesy something and the other one was more of a sweater knit but you could see through it. NOT SWEATSHIRTS as advertised. I asked for a refund but they demanded I send them back to China to the tune of $55. Wouldn't have been much of a refund since I spent $60 I find it hard to believe they don't have a warehouse here since they sell here. Anyway I will NEVER purchase from them again and I am closing my Paypal account since they did not stand behind me on this issue. I will never recommend Paypal nor this horrible Luluautumn, which incidentally is also linked to Hago Technologies.. Steer clear they are horrible. Shame on Paypal. I know it won't make a dent in their bottom line but they will no longer get my business...

Do not buy. It took over a a month to receive the products and they refuse to give an address to return, even at my own expense. They claim “full refund” but then refuse to give you an address. They are in China pretending to be in US. Products are trash. The sizing is all wrong and the quality is bad. I emailed them 10 times with no results. I will not even be able to give these clothes away they are so bad!

I would give zero stars if that was an option. My order took a month to arrive. I had ordered 2 tops in an XS. The sweatshirt was absolutely massive and of cheap polyester material. The other top kind of fit but was so cheaply made that I would never wear it.
I emailed the company to return it and as others experienced I was offered a 15% refund and a 10% discount code. We finally settled on a 20% refund and I am chalking it up to experience.
I wish I had read reviews before I purchased.
DO NOT buy from this company. Shoddy cheap materials, sizing is off and you can't return or exchange items.

Would give a negative if i could. Horrible, horrible company. Wrong descriptions, wrong sizing, no customer service when returns are needed. DO NOT BUY FROM!!

I wish, like others I could give it minus points. I think this is a bogus scam site. I ordered a very pretty sweatshirt on line over a month ago. Still have not received it. I have sent numerous emails...they respond just saying have patience. I know it will never come. Luckily I am only out $30. But - I really hope others look here before ordering. You're not going to get your order - or if it does eventually come, it will probably be very shoddy quality. I will definitely modify my review if anything changes.
UPDATE: it finally came, and as others have mentioned - the quality was horrible. Can't send it back. Will use it as a rag.

The website showed a pretty sweatshirt and said it ran small, suggesting that you order one size up. I usually wear a small, so I ordered a medium. It took about a month to arrive (I know now that it's a Chinese company). It is ridiculously large, i.e., down to my knees. Returning it to China isn't a realistic option, so I was told I could order any other item for $15. Why throw good money after bad! I'm done with this terrible website!

My review is the same as others below. I would give them zero stars if possible. This company should not be allowed to sell merchandise. I ordered two sweatshirts. They looked great on Instagram. They arrived and they don’t fit and the quality of the material is terrible. When I asked to return, they tried to get me to keep them with a 20% discount. I still have not received the return information. I have emailed them 7 times and every email they say it will be costly to return the items to China and I would be responsible for the shipping costs. Very disappointed!!

Same experience as stated in all of the reviews. Cheap quality. Weird sizing. No returns allowed unless sent back to China at your cost. Really? They want you to buy more for $15 instead of returning? What a racket. I’m sorry I fell for advertising on social media without researching an unknown company. Lesson learned.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will not get what you think you ordered and is almost impossible to return for a full refund without paying for shipping TO CHINA!

I would give -5 star if I could. Do not order from this website. It’s a scam. I ordered $250 Cdn worth of clothes and received garbage. These pieces are made of the cheapest fabric and are horrible. I would not even donate them. I just spent $250 for items that will go into the garbage. When I contacted them for a refund they told me it would cost me a minimum $30 per item to return to China. They only offered me a 10% refund for being unsatisfied. This company is a scam!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered two sweaters both to large and cheaply made. Contacted for a return but they wouldn’t refund and only offered exchange if I actually buy something else for $15 more dollars per item.

I’ve been waiting for more than three weeks to receive a top. They continue to give me the run around. I do not believe they are located in the U.S. simply by the grammar used in their replies. When trying to check the status of my order, I was informed they have a huge demand and have a large volume of backorders. They never confirmed my order was a back ordered item. The following day I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund. I received a reply saying they shipped my item (providing me no tracking number) and asking I allow 5 days for delivery?! This appears to be a scam website. I can only notify the BBB. Please ..... DO NOT ORDER from this so called business!

Just received my first and what will be my last order. COMPLETE misrepresentation of what I THOUGHT I ordered. No packing slips included either for returns. Bad business all around.
