I couldnt use my return right at online shopping

During Black Friday I ordered the same pair of boots from Lumberjack in two different sizes so that I could return the one that didn’t fit. The boots arrived about a month later.

When I tried to return the pair that didn’t fit, the order still didn’t appear as “delivered” on the website, so the return button was not available. This continued for days. I sent two separate emails to customer service and received no response.

Since the return option did not appear on the website for a long time, I eventually stopped checking after a few weeks. However, when I logged in today, two months later, I finally saw that the order was marked as delivered. But when I clicked to view the details and see the delivery date, the page showed an error saying it could not be displayed.

Is this some kind of loophole in the online return system? When I tried to use my return right on time, I couldn’t do it, and customer service never responded to my emails. Now the order suddenly appears as delivered (weeks later, at a random time which may have already caused my return period to expire), and I still cannot access the order details.

Even if my return period has passed, it would only be because of this issue on your side. Honestly, this makes me feel like I’ve been scammed. No one should rely on the return policy when shopping online from Lumberjack.
