Great customer service
The product purchased had what I believed to be a problem after assembly, but after contacting Lumberjack customer support, it was acted upon very quickly with a resolution proposed. Issues happen but what is important is how easy and quickly it is to get it resolved. Too often these days it is hard to contact a human, so this experience was the way it should be.

Very good value little bench drill, quick delivery & reasonably priced.
On a minor negative side I wish that polystyrene was not used in the packing as its not recyclable

Good product very poor assembly instructions!
The product appears very good but the instructions for assembly are shockingly poor, I still can't work out how to fit the included wire brush wheel!

I would not buy from this company their…
I would not buy from this company their products is terrible I bolt one of the generators and the first time I went to use it it broke down try to contact them on several occasions but just got fobed off and the product is absolutely appalling and customer service it's just as bad so I would not recommend this company at all

Only negative was the instruction sheet, needs to be more detailed showing which screws went where.
