Delivery service from Lumberjack.
Delivery service from Lumberjack was excellent. Ordered the 18” scroll jigsaw on 28th April at 12:49 and it arrived the following day at 11:47 can’t get better that.
Two men from DPD delivered it to my front door, but I didn’t really think how much it weighs luckily there were two web straps around it which I used as handles and managed to carry it to my workshop area, with a couple of stops.
The machine itself is a great piece of kit, I’ve had a little trial run, doing a scroll cut on a piece of scrap timber. Variable speed is good and it’s not too loud.
I’ve made a portable workbench with drop down casters for it to sit on and for ease of moving from the workshop to my working location.
Overall highly recommended for speed of delivery and the quality of the saw.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Purchased various aggregates and timber for landscaping projects. All competitively priced and fast delivery. I did purchase some decking lights which were not suitable. Lumberjacks took them back for a full refund with no quibble.

Purchased a nail gun June 25
Purchased a nail gun June 25, arrived on time. First use ,well it didn't work!! Contacted seller, item returned and repaired. NOT REPLACED! Repaired gun worked! Next project 5 months later worked fine. 3rd project April 26, started ok then stopped working. Contacted seller as still under warranty. No calls answered. Had to send emails. FINALLY I am told to return faulty gun at my expense. They will assess and decide if they will repair under warranty.
So now I wait.
First I have to package it up and send it back!!
Customer service is very poor!
Not a great recommendation.
Will I ever get this sorted? Watch this space!

18 inch scroll saw Very good price on special offer …
Very good price on special offer and delivery as expected as I ordered over bank holiday so arrived on the Wednesday. Only thing I would comment took all day to respond to email sent on Tuesday, but suspect we're very busy sorting orders on the Tuesday. So good experience with this company. The product was as expected and works well 18 inch scroll saw.
