Misleading. Fraud!!. The website is misleading as it claims to be an American company in Wyoming however they are NOT American. The product comes from China. Even their name is misleading. The company is by another name Media something? So Dont buy from them. I bought on impulse watching YouTube there was a commercial for permenant outdoor house lights. They sent little fairy lights for a small bush. It took 1 month for delivery. I tried to return as they sent wrong item. They expect the buyer to pay to send back to China when I never received what I ordered. This company is ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD. THEY ARE NOT LISTED TO LEAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW PROBABLY BECAUSE NOT AMERICA. SHELL GAME COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE SCAM CENTRAL. AND THE BONUS IS YOU CANT CALL THEM. ALL NUMBERS ARE INVALID. AND PAYPAL WANTS ME TO PAY TO RETURN. GARBAGE ALL THE WAY AROUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE. DONT BUY FROM THEM.....

It's a scam, they say they sent the product. when I complain it hasn't arrived, they say it shoudl take max 25 days - it didn't say anything about that on the ordering page. At 35 days I ask for a refund, and they say they can't do anything because the item is with the delivery company. They are literally CRIMINALS.

This website seems to be a complete scam. Its been 3 weeks and no product. Their support is saying everything is fine.

Ordered two lamps and both are extremely low quality . One lamp is very very small as compared to the picture on the website . The other lamp stopped working 5 minutes after connecting . The material is very cheap . When I complained they offered 40% discount and lost the remaining 60%

I have purchased a lamp, that looked so classy, elegant, good quality.
I received the order 1.5 months later, after writing at least 10 emails, i figured out that it is coming from China, not the Netherlands.
What I have received doesn’t match with my order at all, cable on top is coming out. Of course there is no CE certifications etc. Whatever required to sell in Germany, they don’t.
Of course i wanted to return the item. Shipping address is China, at my own cost.
Relatively 50 euros.
So shall i invest 50 euro more to send the item back, where i am not even sure i could get my money back.
Why don’t we all unite and file a case?

The lamps arrived after month of waiting. The quality is beyond …. Why are you writing „ glas“ everywhere?!? It’s everything but Glas. It’s light and cheapest plastic, chinas finest 🥴. I nearly laughed when I saw them … “ Gefertigt aus robustem und klarem Glas” hahaha

Sorry but this kind of crime must be forbidden!!! The “support” never said a word. Super supportive

Hands off, you do not get what the nice presented website shows. I had to wait almost 2 months to get these crabby items, extremely cheap and bad stuff.
For 1 product I am still waiting what I ordered all in November. It will never come, even after sending a lot of emails, in german/in english…
The 4 items what reached after more then 6 weeks!!! shipped from China I unfortunately decided to send back these 4 products, paid € 450,- when bought and for resending to China!!(stupid me) paying € 60,- on top of it, extrem hazzle to get it done…..I followed their procedures, wrote them many times, no further reply from them and of coz NO REFUND….. do NOT buy you get fooled…..and if anyone did the mistake do not send anything back, you won’t get any refund…. For us 2 times Scammed…..when we bought/when we sent back….this side should be blocked…!!! Terrible and sad that such a company can still operate….

Scam! You get a product directly from China in very low quality and completely different looking from what was ordered.

It seems when complaining the standard procedure is: They offer you 20% discount (don't know if you would get it) or that you send back the articles at your own cost (don't know if you would ever get a refund). When you disagree you will be ignored.

Don't ever consider buying anything from this place!!! What you will get is pure Chinese trash and good luck with returning it! You will have to ship it to China for €50! Stay away from this website!

SCAM, LIES and TERIBBLE QUALITY! do not trust this company! Poor costumer communication, they do not follow return policy! Must be avoided by all costs!

Do not buy from this company, they ship directly from China with no options to return. They will also not send you a refund. In our case the ordered product was in a completely wrong color.
I believe it’s a China company with a European website. You might as well order from directly from Alibaba…
