SCAM! Poor communication, they do not honour their own policies, 2+ months to deliver, and book light tiny! Fits in palm of hand.

I didn't even want to give one star. Prior to ordering, I checked for reviews but could find nothing....until a week after I'd ordered! Immediately after I ordered the item (foolish that I ordered 4 of them at $59.99 each), I received an e-mail saying the order is 'on its way' and that it can be tracked....to check back to the e-mail (??) to track it. It was never trackable. One week later, I e-mailed the company. I received an "undeliverable" notification. I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks, in which time I sent several e-mails, saying not to ship, that I am cancelling my order. After the 2 weeks, I received an e-mail saying as per their policy, I cannot cancel. I checked their policy and i was WELL within the time line for cancelling. They did not reply again, until 1 week before Christmas (which is what the items were ordered for), wherein the e-mail said my order is being delivered that day. Again, I replied saying I had cancelled and will not be accepting it. Well, the order arrived today (January 22nd). I had long forgotten about it and I opened the package (not marked with their company name or anything recognizable) and there is no paperwork inside at all, and the book light fit in the palm of my hand. 100% scam. Awful. At the point of time when I could not reach them, I contacted Spotify and my bank - I cancelled my payment and it is being reversed. I have learned my lesson and will research completely before ordering anything online again. Now I am trying to return the poor quality items :(

This company seems highly unreliable-I placed an order for the Luminate book at the beginning of December 2017 and to date have received nothing. Neither have I received an answer to my second enquiry asking for information regarding delivery etc. I have heard nothing from them... The service is totally unacceptable.

Works fine but very small

I got my book, but it was way smaller than I anticipated. It works as it should with a good glow, but you can't simply open it and put it on a table without a weight holding the sides down because it closes itself.

It looks nice and all and it works as it should, but even though I got it for the reduced price ($59), I probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was so small.

Its clearly a scam

Its clearly a scam.

Well, i got my product, but its a fake. It looks ok, but there is a wierd ringing sound when the light books is on, so you dont wanna have it ope because of the sound.

The reason why im rating 1 star, is because quickly after i ordered the booklamp i regretted it, so i send them a mail and tell them i dont want the product, and then can just dont charge me - that was the same day as i ordered it.

Then i get a mail, where they ask why, and i tell them i dont want it, please cancel. Then they ignore me.

Totally scam!

Totally scam, they are making misleading advertisements on social media by showing full size book lamps. Then they send mini versions which are half size of the original and selling with a price of 60 usd. You can find bigger and more functional versions on sites like amazon at half price. Every word on their site is fake. Avoid!

A scam

A scam

They take your money and send no product. DO NOT TRUST! What is quite amusing is that they are contactable, and they reply as any other retail business would. The differences are;

1) there is no email address on their website
2) on social media, where they are active most - they have disabled comments and contact options.
