Lundi Matin is not a reliable or business-friendly company

We used Front-Commerce as part of our business stack — until Lundi Matin took over.
Since then, the experience deteriorated rapidly: extremely slow response times, poor communication, and confusing cancellation conditions.
The lack of professionalism and support from Lundi Matin seriously disrupted our operations and cost us a lot of money.
We tried to resolve issues constructively but were met with silence or evasive answers.
In our experience, Lundi Matin is not a reliable or business-friendly company. We cannot recommend working with them.
