I am getting married on April 30th 2023 and my dress just arrived yesterday! Lunss exceeded my expectations and Helen was great with communicating and updating me throughout the process. I sent pictures of what I wanted the dress to look like and they achieved it and made it even more beautiful! I am so happy and so excited for my big day! Dress shopping was so stressful until I found Lunss. I’m very picky so I was nervous to shop online but I’m so pleased with this garment!

I ordered my wedding dress from lunss and I was so happy with how it came out. I felt like the mot beautiful woman in the world and it fit perfect I never thought I'd find a dress I loved for under $800 and trust me I was never until the day I tried it on. I also got my niece's flower girl dress and she LOVED it didn't want to take it off!

Do not purchase from this site I ordered what I thought was a beautiful evening dress for $58 US and what I received was a disgusting dress. Unfortunately I could not upload photos to show you as this review wouldn’t allow it. I asked for a refund and got offered $12. I will definitely not order here again.

Their service is amazing. The creator of the dress was very cooperative and gave very great advice in terms of how the dress should be designed. The fabric was nice, it was well made, and the dress is beautiful.

This company made my dream come true! I am so in love with my prom dress - it’s exactly how I imagined it to be. I’m from Europe and was a bit sceptical about ordering there first but I trusted this company and everything just worked absolutely fine! The communication with Cindy was also very easy and she responded fast. They finished my dress super fast and held onto their promise.
Just order 2 months before your event and the dress will arrive on time.

we purchased a prom dress for our niece, The finish product was nothing like the design our niece ordered nor was the material of any halfway decent quality. after contacting them they suggested we pay another $200 to get another dress. Why should we pay more when the initial product was substandard and not made to initial request. Stay clear of this organization.

At first I was unsure about ordering my custom formal/prom dress from this site as I am from Australia, but it was the best choice I ever made! Every step was detailed, well communicated, and Tansy had created my dream dress! Everybody there was amazed and complimented me on how my dress was the best there :))
Lunss is very trustworthy and skill full, if you are thinking of ordering custom dresses from here, I 10/10 recommend to do so as I will be ordering again!!
More details: my dress was around $800 AUD and although it was pricey, Tansy had made it with multiple layers of high quality net, so it was definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, it’s the third time I have pretty negative experience, I would recommend to try somewhere else , this people don’t value most of the small clients !!! Fact

Missed 3 anniversary, and much more important dates , years tried to work around to switch it to maybe a different model, been told absolutely no .

I ordered a custom-made dress in April 2021, I gave the company my exact measurements, but when the dress arrived the color was not what we agreed on and measurements were incorrect and I had to find a local tailor to fix the dress which cost over $100.
I contacted the company and did exactly what they asked me to do to get a refund to help cover the alterations.
1. I had a professional measure and take pictures to prove that my measurements provided were indeed correct.
*Lunss still did not take responsibility
2. I had to videotape literally every measurement that I had provided in the beginning
I was mortified that my privacy had been compromised by having to send videos of me in my undergarments, which indeed proved that once again I had provided the correct measurements from the beginning

Finally, after several more pictures and recorded videos of my body measurements Lunss finally admits that the mistake was their fault and only offered to pay for less than half of my alterations. After several insulting offers like $19. They offered $48, which I agreed to. It’s been well over a month (May 19th) and they still have not refunded me
ADVICE:
My best advice is to only pay through a credit card,my company is working on my disbute as we speak. My credit card refunded me and Lunss is on their list for fraud. -
*If you just have to buy from here I encourage you to videotape being measured in an attempt to avoid this from happening to you from the start
*Take a screen shoot of every conversation you have with the designers (aka Tansy) it’s easier to dispute with written proof

I did a personalized design for my daughters prom and worked with Tansy. The dress came out like exact pictures I sent to her and measurements were perfect. Quality and material used was excellent. Tansy kept in touch with me the entire process. Delivery wen perfect as well. Thank you Tansy❤️

I was skeptical about ordering an expensive dress online, but my daughter needed a prom dress. She is not very tall, and most off the rack dresses would need to be hemmed 6 or 7 inches and altered around the shoulders. We saw the photos of the Lunss dresses online and decided to try them. We went full custom sizing, and I assumed custom would be extra, but it wasn't. We ordered the dress, it arrived 3 weeks earlier than promised, and the workmanship was beautiful. It fits perfectly, and I would recommend Lunss to anyone and everyone.

Lunss has very high quality fabrics and embellishments, communication with the seamstress had quick turnaround, the production of the rompers was fast, and the shipping was only 4 days. The seamstress was very helpful and friendly. The custom rompers were perfect for the event. Everyone was wowed by how incredible they looked! The final rompers were beautiful and extremely well made. We bought shoes, masks, jewelry and custom bags to match them. Working with Lunss has once again been a great experience, and I will definitely continue to recommend this brand to all my friends.

I have been designing my dresses with lunss for about two years. My most recent design was just a simple chiffon cape for my pageant gown. Every time, they have been amazing and so caring, making sure that my designs come out exactly how I would like them. On top of that, the quality is AMAZING! Lunss will always be my go-to whenever I need help making a dress for a pageant.

The quality, attention to detail, the fit and the communication between the designer was amazing! Im a picky person and so a difficult customer but Tansy was patient and created my dream dress to the T.

The young lady that responded to my messages was very kind and fast in responding. She was very helpful. The dress I asked for, they designed it beautifully. Great fabric. Quality workmanship.

I first inquired about my dress on February 9th. My event was April 18th. When I first messaged the creator of the dress, I was not aware that I was only allowed a certain amount of messages before having to pay a fee to continue the conversation. It was inconvenient for me to message them in different time zones. The other inconvenience was I had my prom during 2020 when everything was canceled last minute. Although I was not able to refund my dress because it was customized, I still made the best of my senior year.

I receive my dress the beginning of December and I can't say THANK YOU enough. I recently bought a dress form another site and it was a horrible experience. Tansy was always in communication and assured me that my dress was in good hands. The dress fits like a glove. I can't wait to wear it down the aisle.

I ordered my dress and I am more than pleased with the finished product. I received my order within 3 days of shipment, and the fit was PERFECT. I provided my sizes to my designer Tansy, she was amazing throughout the process answering questions and giving suggestions where it was needed. I cannot wait to wear my dress in a couple of weeks, will update with pics then

Dress looked so beautiful and exactly like what I requested, good communication and arrived on time. I got so many compliments and it fit well. Only adjustment I made was that I pinned the leg slits so they weren’t as high, however, I could have requested this before.

I ordered my wedding dress from Lunss and it came out exactly how I dreamt! I was so nervous to go through a company where I would never see anyone in person or be measured in person, but it was one of the best risks I’ve taken! I recommend them to anyone!
