They advertise 5-7 day delivery to EU

They advertise 5-7 day delivery to EU. So ordered a required CNC for the business as the old one has been playing up. Paid over $30 for shipping. Get a message after 4th day advising it was Chinese New Year and the item has been sent. Can take up to 25 days to reach us. Reached out to there customer support who then advised that it will be sent out today and I will get a tracking update. I advised it needs to be sooner than 25 days which they could not honour. I requested a refund and only got the refund for the item no shipping cost refund. I wonder how many other people they do this to?
