I have ordered two custom made dresses, neither have arrived. I was contacted by someone from the Lurap team (Based in Germany????) two weeks ago saying that they had a dress for me that the carriers have not collected from them???? He asked me if I wanted them to forward it on to me (I live in the Canary Isles) but if I did I would have to pay more for the postage. I took his email address which is fra-imports@skyper-groupde and sent him the following:-
Dear Sir,

Thank you for your phone call as at today's date.

I confirm that as the goods have been returned to you due to them not being collected by the carrier I am requesting to cancel the order and would like a full refund.

Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know what further communication you have with the supplier.

I never had a reply, I also sent an email to Lurap Customer Services at customerservice@lurapcom the same day explaining to them what had happened I had an automated response saying :- Thank you for your email. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. That was on 27th June 2017 I have sent them another email on 4th July 2017 as follows:- Hi Lurap Customer Service Department,

I am still waiting for a reply from you 7 days later. Can you please respond to my requests. In good faith I ordered goods from you with the expectation of wonderful things. I am now out of pocket, still awaiting a refund and some sort of communication from you.

Very disappointing results from what I thought was an excellent team. Can you please refund me in full for both dresses I ordered as neither have been delivered and the lack of communication has left a bitter taste.

I am out of pocket by $137.90, no dresses and no communication from them. My recommendation..... DO NOT SHOP WITH LURAP!!!!! I will be progressing with this matter until I get my money back. I do not want a credit note I want my cash back.

I have had to edit the email addresses provide by removing the . before de on one and com on the other as this site doesn't allow email addresses to be published.

Nice designs. Great fitting. Good fabric. Its the time they take is a lil too long. Around 15 days. But they say they make every garment from scratch so i think it should takr that much time. Anyways i ordered a jacket for my europe trip. Comfy and warm.

So let me start off by saying that I have ordered several times from Lurap, and the product has been ok, but then I ordered a custom made item, and let me tell you.

I ordered it months is advance so it was ready for the wedding I was attending. I waited and had very little contact, and they never updated me further, or even answered my emails, after my measurements were given.

Suddenly one day, 3 weeks before I needed the dress, it showed up at my door. I was so excited, and couldn't wait to open it, but I was quickly disappointed. For the price I paid , almost 200$ total, it was cheap, and poorly made, threads were loose, sleeves way to big and unproportionate.

The design was sloppy made, and it looked nothing like the dress I had sent a picture of. The color was also totally off by many shades! The dress stunk of bad chemicals, to the point I had to pack it away because it gave me a severe headache.

I tried contacting them for almost 2 weeks, and they wouldn't contact me back, I reached out on Facebook, and they finally responded to me, and made me send photos of the dress, but they never contacted me back.

I reached out on Facebook again, and they said they wouldn't give me a refund, not at all, but store credit! But when I tried contacting them on mail and facebook again for over a week, and had no response, I got me mad!!!

How can you give someone store credit if you are not going to contact them back and let me use it ?? And after this unfair treatment, how do you expect me to trust you to make anything for me again?????

I am warning you, do not shop at this brand, use your money on eshakti instead !!!Or anywhere else !!

Very bad customer care. Product delivered does not match image and no one there to address complaints or refund. Beware.

Very rude and cheap people. They delivered a cheap dress. Now they are not receiving my calls . They even blocked me on instagram when i commented there. Frauds they are. Dont trust them. They will take ur money and block you.

Its a totally Fraud Company, there is no work structure, no rule for employee . company dont even provide appointment letter, dont reveal any HR policy. its totally a LALA company ,they dont give salary to employee and they fire employee without notification. its Bhagwan Bhrose Chor Company dont ever join this Company to spoil future. they provide cheap fabric bad fitting to customer dont even return money.

only gawar cheap illiterate employee can join here because they will not expect anything

Recently I shopped two dresses from LURAP. I am very happy with the quality and fits of the products. Great prices too.

I received a casual dress last month from Lurap and seriously the dress came out to be really amazing. The fabric is great and the overall appeal of the dress is just outstanding. Thanks to the team of Lurap for delivering me the best! looking forward to buy another rocking piece really soon! :)

I ordered a Jacket from Lurap some 15 days back. Just received the parcel, really nice fit and really good fabric for the price a paid. Customer Service was more than helpful. Thanks. Will buy again.

My order was not dispatched in over 15 days. There is no option to cancel order on website and if you ask for cancellation they do not refund money. They give store credit. They do not respond to calls. Customer support number is always switched off. Customer support is pathetic and if you question, they start stating their cheap refund and shipping policies!

I recently made a big mistake of ordering the product from amazon which was delivered by Lurap. I contacted the seller about the return and they promised to arrange for a pick up. It has been already 8 days and I was constantly in touch with them and this morning they denied making any promises related to the pick up and also refusing to accept the return.

Also, the product quality is so bad.. the material used for making the overcoat is so thin and weird fitting.

Be careful while dealing with this fraud company.

I ordered for a fashionable casual dress which came on time and it fits me like a glove. Being a breastfeeding mother the dress with a zipper in front helped me and my baby, and it's so comfortable that I don't have to think twice before wearing it. Love itt!

Ordered a jacket with my measurements (which I have used at eShakti very successfully) and received a jacket that was too small, made of horrible material, and smelled. Attempted to contact the company to get the address to return the jacket and never heard back. At this point I've given up (which I get the feeling is pretty much the point). I will never use Lurap again, I'll stick with eShakti or really any other place.

Ok.. I ordered a dress for my wife for valentines day. I wanted to surprise her, therefore i could not ask for the exact measurements. I ordered a 4xl with Lurap. However, when i received the product it was a lil tight and way to short for my wife's liking. So i called them and asked them if they can do anything about it (Since it was my fault, i could not be rude to them). They not even paid for the corrier charges, but also altered the dress according to my wife's liking without having to pay anything.
It was the best ever experience i have ever come across on any online stores (Most of them dont even reply to the mails we send them). So now i am a hppay and regular customer of lurap.

Ordered 3 products (Dresses). Received all of them before promised time. Great Service. Excellent Quality.
