I’m a loooong time Lush customer and Lush have always been my to-go for sustainable and planet & animal-friendly gifts. And I absolutely recommend all their products. I came here to write a review which will hopefully further help them improve their planet friendly packaging. Today I received an order of gifts I have ordered from Lush and it was my first time receiving a package delivered to home. I have found the box incredibly big for the products involved, and what is maybe more concerning is the amount of plastic/sterefor filling that was put to keep the bathbombs safe from being damaged. The bathbombs were not put into the usual sustainable paper packaging. I would have preferred the bathbombs to be put into that package or in a small cardboard box instead of the amount of filling that was used. Even if this filling is somewhat ‘sustainable’ then the box should be in a smaller size. Truly, the bathbombs do not survive warmth or humidity so it makes it also difficult (especially in the summer or rainy days -also for the delivery person) for the customer to just have them unpacked even if its a small satchet. I truly hope this can be improved and we all can continue enjoying Lush’s products.

Recently moved house just down the road from Lush and I can’t believe I’ve never been here before! These handmade natural products are exceptional, especially the lemon soap. I’ve just bought some bath bombs for the family to try :)
