i was hesitant to order from lushfox based on some of the negative reviews here but the dresses were so nice and affordable I had to try. 2 of the 3 dresses i ordered were perfect and 1 was a little small so i returned it. i got my money back 5 days after I returned my delivery and they refunded my return shipping as well. maybe i got lucky but i'm glad i took the plunge.

After weeks of trying to return something-they do not provide a return address-I received an RA number and an address. It was delivered and signed by Mary. It has been almost 3 weeks and they have not credited my credit card. Once again I am given the runaround.
I plan to sue them if they do not credit my card by December 20th. Do not buy from them!!!
Update-
They still have not given me my money back. They keep coming up with stupid excuses. Cant wait to take them down! Do not buy from them! Absolute crooks.

I follow a couple girls on instagram that promotes outfits from Lushfox and there was a dress I really liked. So I ordered it on black Friday, and I still do not have my order. It's been 3 weeks now. Im from Canada. Not only that, I have been trying to contact them through email and the email supposedly does not exist. I'm getting worried and was wondering why it's taking so long.

The reviews about returning items are true. They claim to have a return policy but guess what? You cant return anything because no one gets in touch with you. They say you can do it through the website but that's not true. I ordered two items: one small one medium because I tend to be in between. The medium was perfect but the small didn't fit. They have great prices and cute clothes but just make sure you know what you are buying because you wont be able to return it!

I've been shopping with them for 3 years now. I'm a member of a sorority and there are so many occasions we need to attend. Lushfox is my goto store!. Great quality dresses and well priced! Under $40 is such a steal for me. On top that, lushfox's customer service score is a 10 hands-down!

i wrote them so many emails because i wanted to order a Dress
when i wanted to checkout there was no opportunity of choosing Germany
but in their shipping Information it is said they ship to Germany.. i really would like to buy that Dress but no one is responding me. i am really disappointed :(

Bought a dress and it was very cheaply made so I returned it. The dress was also delivered to the wrong condo. We received the dress from the neighbor the following week as he had been out of town. I have emailed this company tried calling and no response. I will never order from this company again and I suggest others not to purchase from this company. The clothes are cheaply made and are super sleazy! Horrible customer service!

I've been shopping with Lushfox since they launched. It's easy to navigate the website and checkout is a breeze. Not to mention, the selection of items is unbelievable. I love it! The only down side is they are always out of stock but that's what happen when they have great styles and prices!

all the reviews here are either great or terrible..lol. I guess i'll add my "great" to it as well. I'm happy with my purchase. Let me say though I purchased the items while they had a big sale so I got my dress for cheap. That makes me happy...lol

Paid 45 dollars to get my oder within 2 to 5 days and my oder hasnt showed up yet tried emailing them 3 times no reply bad service and i do not know were my order is yet i love the everything thats on the website just hate the fact that i didnt get my order yet or didnt hear from them

Just made my first purchase on some dresses! I usually make all my purchases on online so I know when you come across a keeper! Got all 3 of my dresses within 4 days. Great quality and fitting. Most importantly they are not those china websites that I see a lot! I will def recommend Lushfox to all the girls who there.

I purchased 5 items, all smalls and they fit pretty well. I returned 1 item and didn't have any issues. They reimbursed my return shipping as well. Love their taste in dresses!

ON THEIR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT THEY'RE ALWAYS POSTING THAT NEW ITEMS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THEIR WEDSITE AND THAT IS A BIG FAT LIE!!!! IVE WAITED WEEKS FOR THEM TO POST A DRESS THAT THEY SAID IT HAD JUST LANDED AND IS UP ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN ADDED. ALSO MANY OTHER CLOTHING ITEMS I HAVE SEEN ON INSTAGRAM. I WROTE A COMMENT ABOUT THIS ON THEIR IG AND I WAS BLOCKED!!!!!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

There is no way to make a return. The phone number provided on the website goes to a Google Voice number. Emails are not returned and RMA requests are not responded to. There is a place on the website to request an RMA within 14 days of purchase, but it will tell you that you are past the 14 day mark.

I recently ordered a lace crop top from the website, the quality of the product was not worth the $38 + shipping + return shipping that I spent. I return the top and emailed them about it. None of my email were answered and still no refund! Buy at your own risk!!!!!

I ordered the wrong size dress and emailed them. Within 30 mins, they were able to send out the correct size before i even send out the dress back to them. I am very about their service and they ensure me i will love it and i did! I got so many compliments on it. definitely coming back to shop again!
