Absolute con artists! I emailed to cancel my order for a bag after reading the reviews here and realising I had been caught out - but two days later I was informed it was on the way. When the order arrived the leather was hard, cheap and not worth the price paid. I have now sent four emails asking for a return address - the website appears to contain no business information apart from an email address. Have heard nothing. They have my cash and I have a nasty cheap bag I can’t get rid of.
Now off to trading standards and my credit card company.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wish I had read the reviews about these people. Stephen Cox and Andrew leanage own this company and worth about £3000 as a business. No wonder they are taking people's money and not sending the goods. I am another victim of these people. Chargeback requested. Don't expect to see a present for family member arrive after waiting 4 weeks and numerous emails. AVOID
Ps stuff for chaps ltd is the trading game of this business.

This company takes your money and doesn’t deliver the goods. I’ve attempted many many times to get in contact after ordering a bag online in September of which has never arrived!!
Sent emails to two different email addresses and tried their phone number available on site. Other than driving to the building myself they’re impossible to get hold of.
Absolutely appalling service!

Purchased a bag, nothing arrived...still nothing has arrived so i did some digging, and it turns out this company buy stock bags from Italy, pretend they design them, take people’s money, and never deliver a bag!!!!

After many, many, emails, and phone calls they think they have got away with taking my money, but they have not...watch this space LUSSO LONDON and all buyers please be aware that you can buy every single bag they sell on honest websites all over th world, they are not offering anything exclusive or unique but what do offer is the worst customer experience i have ever had.

This company wouldn’t reply to my emails requesting a return of a bag I bought. Very disappointing. I tried 3 times with two different email addresses and checked spam, so no mistake had been made. Crooks?

The website says they are happy to return, which is clearly not true. This is also in breach of statutory rights.

USA : I ordered a dress from this page in silk, im so glad i burt it and is ones S quality, I've been working on education to become a tailor and therefore I know that it is the quality as they promised:)
