HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! MONEY-MACHINE

We have bought a defective Doxy vibrator to the amount of staggering 999,- The warranty is still active, but the company refuses to give the money back or give us a new item that is not defective, DESPITE THAT THE MOTOR INSIDE HAS GOTTEN LOOSE AND SAYS A SOUND LIKE A VACUUM CLEANER.

WE PROVIDED ORIGINAL PAYMENT SCREEN SHOT FROM THE BANK, THAT MATCHES THE PRICE IN THE SHOP, BUT DESCPITE THIS THEY REJECT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM.

THEY FOUND THE TRANSACTION IN THEIR SYSTEM WITH THIS DOCUMENTATION, BUT REFUSE TO HELP YOU, SO THAT THEY CAN SAVE THE MONET! WE WASTED 5 DAYS TALKING TO THEM, THEY KEPT ON PROMISING NEW PRODUCTS, BUT IN THE END WHEN IT CAME TO IT, THEY REFUSED AND CAME WITH A LOT OF STUPID EXCUSES TO NOT DO SO!

THIS IS AGAINST DANISH LAW. WE WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM TO FORBRUGERKLAGENÆVNET.

IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY OVER-PRICE FOR BAD PRODUCTS, THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Amazing shop, great customer service.

The shop is full of everything your heart could wish for in a adult shop, there's something for everyone. And if you cant find the perfect toy yourself, ask the saleswomen.

The saleswoman I got was very nice and friendly, but not pushy or anything. She knew everything about every product and was very helpful with finding just the right toy for me.

Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely come again.

We visited this magnificent shop during our last holidays, and my boyfriend and I were dazzled !
Nothing to do with the other sexshops in the world ! it is situated in one of the most beautiful and shopping street of the Danish capital, and the shop is grand !
I showed photos to my French friends and they were open-mouthed there : everything is luxurious, glamorous, decorated very carefully, as a majestic "boudoir".
The sellers are attractives, very professionnal and very tuned to the customers (men and women :-)
The 1st floor is rather soft (games sets , books, perfumes, oil...) and on the floor below it is sexier but the decoration remains very distinguished: lingerie, shoes, lounge of dressing.
The sex toys are in the basement store and they are famous brands, and quality, nothing to do with what is often found ... to explain, everything we bought still works perfectly :-D
This shop has reconciled me with the sex-shops because here, in France, they are cold and murky (...)
