Very slow to respond to enquiries…

Very slow to respond to enquiries regarding a refund on lowering spacer still in original packaging.
This part cost over £90.00 and missed their 14 day return date by a few days, not helped by their very slow response to my queries about returns.
I would strongly reccomend avoiding this company.

No customer service

No customer service, i ordered on friday which i understand is a bit late but my package was not shipped until the following tuesday at around 5pm. Then royal mail delayed my delivery meaning i didn’t receive it until the following thursday. I called the customer service line mid day within business hours and no one responded.

Great overall!

Took a few days for them to actually send the lowering kit but once I emailed them to get a tracking link things happened really fast. The part arrived in New Zealand in 1 week, so very impressed!
Great quality. Easy to fit. Thankyou!

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. Repeatedly trying to get some help, they take your whole lot of detail every time and promise to call back. Well after two weeks of continually being promised this, we’ve given up.

Hint - if you can’t be arsed, just tell your customers this.

Lust Racing seem to make up their own Online Selling terms, rather than complying with UK regulations

Purchased a set of lowering links for my MT10, but decided I didn't actually need them. Contacted Lust Racing for an RMA. I was asked all sorts of questions why I wanted to return them, and was required to provide photo evidence that they had not been opened.

When I did eventually get a refund it was £16.95 short. I questioned them and was told I would receive the extra in 48 hours. After 72 hours I was refunded an additional £10, so still £6.95 short. This was because there 'policy' is not to refund the original postage.

They do not seem to realise that under UK online selling regulation, the original postage cost must be refunded. I have contacted them twice since and they are now ignoring my emails.

On the subject of the £6.95 postage charged, the links were posted via Royal Mail Large Letter Tracked 24 500g. The retail cost of this postage through Royal Mail is £3.60, so Lust Racing are overcharging for postage too.

They are also contravening UK Online Selling regulations on two further points as follows:-

1. Only offering 7 days to inform of notification of return (the statutory requirement is 14 days)
2 Requesting a reason to return (under UK online selling, no reason to return is required to be given)

I contacted them via email and requested their Returns Policy is updated to reflect UK Online Selling Regulations, but upon checking today, nothing has been updated, nor has my additional £6.95 been refunded.

It is looks like I will now be contacting Trading Standards, and requesting that they take these issues up with Lust Racing
