A really bad experience. We ordered 3 phone cases:
1. The case sent for a Galaxy S23 did not fit - it was way too big. In the communication to get the right case, there was a 5 week delay in them responding to me, even with multiple further prompts. Rather terrible customer experience.
2. The case for my daughter partially broke within a week and then fully broke within a month. This daughter of mine is careful with her belongings. Clearly the quality if extremely poor.
3. The case for my son seems to be ok.

In summary, one of the three cases we purchased is ok. One broke within a couple of weeks and the other was the incorrect size... and getting that reimbursed took ~7 weeks.

Based on our experience with Luurinetti, I would you to get your phone cases / any product from elsewhere.

They sent my package (to Helsinki) in 1 day, really fast as promised. I'm leaving this review so that others know this site is legit. I was suspicious about it at first.

I ordered a galaxy watch4 while it was at a big discount, and they literally delivered it the next day, excellent service there!

But I think they don't have an auto receipt bot, so I wrote to them to send me the receipt and they did it even before the working hours of customer service started.

Really nice shop! I bought a cover for my telephone few days ago and everything went well. In particular, I appreciated how fast was the shipping and the quality of the package.
I recommend it!
