My order was delivered but not to me

My order was delivered but not to me. I was not told what day it would arrive, it seems one my neighbours was given my order. I dont know who. I actually contacted the company to ask where my order was. That's the first I knew it had been delivered to someone. One of the company reps...lectured me about royal mail rules. Telling me royal mail didn't need to knock on my door to deliver my parcel. I found them unhelpful...totally non bothered and of course no refund. Think twice before dealing with this company. There are other reputable companies out there. Choose one of them. Give this company a miss.
