Don't buy from online store!!!
I recently purchased the Soffa Markus from LuxCasa, and unfortunately, my experience with this purchase has been quite disappointing. The main issue I encountered was that the actual product received did not match the image displayed on the website, leading to a significant discrepancy in my expectations.
LuxCasa's unresponsive customer service and the complications encountered during the return process have only added to the frustration. I would caution potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from this retailer and to thoroughly research the product's specifications and the return policy before making any decisions.

bad service and poor quality of blanket

I ordered the blanket on 21 of December 2022, but I received it on 12 of april.2023!!
I wanted to use it in winter, I wanted to receave iy like a NewYear gift. In april LOL.
These intermediaries make a big markup, use your money for 4 months, and then send poor quality goods.
stitches are sewn twice. All lines are stitched crooked, it's a nightmare. I have a photo.. Squares are smaller in number, larger in size. PHOTO is liar! And probably they will delete my feedback. Look for other sites. I lost money and time
dont bue, Other buyers chiper and better with the same quality.

This is really a bad experience for me

This is really a bad experience for me, I purchased an item and it was stated on hand at first and after I paid the full amount and the shipping fee I received an email saying estimated is 4 long weeks😔 so it is supposed to arrived in august this month but when ask for an update for the parcel ,unfortunately received an email that it will be received by SEPTEMBER! What the F!!!! I need my refund!!!!!

waste of money

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. My mother bought a table WITH a drawer (according to pictures) but received a table WITHOUT a drawer. We contacted customer service and are still getting the runaround because they feel like it's a transportation damage and we should've contacted them within 5 days, what?? And even after admitting the drawer is no longer being manufactured and apologizing they still will not take responsibility for the mistake and let me return the table. The customer service representatives act as if each email you send back and forth is the first and ignore your questions and its like speaking to a new person every time, really felt like communicating with children who are learning to speak. Save your money, the pictures are edited to look great however, product is garbage and you won't get your money back if anything goes wrong. Their policies are not being followed by them, but should only be followed if customer is at fault. Disgusting.

It's funny how even after all my emails stating that the table was NEVER ASSEMBLED NOR USED you continue to stick to your s**t story. After reading instructions BEFORE ASSEMBLY I noticed the drawer was missing for this specific table. But you do not want to mention anything about that? The fact that you're falsely advertising a table with a drawer when it doesn't come with a drawer? Nobody complained about transportation damages, it's simply your way to fool people for their money. And no I don't need your 50% off I want 100% of my money back for this garbage you sold me and take it back. I already said plenty of times I do not need a table without the drawer. Period.

This will be my last response to luxcasa.
As you can see this is how they treat their customers, I already said plenty of times that there was never an assembly done, nor use of the product and here they are talking about transportation damages and claiming I have used it and assembled it, they still aren't saying anything about the real issue here, which is false advertisement. I didnt get the right product, the one depicted on the website and you still continue to stick to your story about transportation damages. You are not even acknowledging the fact that a drawer is missing and this is exactly why your company is a fraud. Fooling people for their money won't take you far.

save time and money,don’t recommend this website

Thanks god at there is Klarna and paypal , after 10 weeks waiting they said change the order because they didn’t have the products .
I don’t recommend this website.
