Purchased Green tea from LuxeBC, order process straight forward and received the tea in just a few days.Very good service.

I received 2 packets of crisps that were smashed to smithereens, making it impossible to eat it. Especially after paying 25 pounds for the shipping. I guess the person who packed it took the air out from the bag in order to fit the packets in. Not acceptable.

Also the sell by date of the Kettle chips is in July 2015. I received my packets in June. So you basically sold me the Kettle chips which were close to expiry date??!!!

I also sent a complain email straight after I received my package and I got no response till this day.

I LOVE this moisturiser!! Since moving to the UK my skin has been dry and sometimes itchy. I've been searching for a natural moisturiser for some time and this is my favourite. It soaks in well and leaves your skin soft and smells lovely too :)

Delivery takes ages, causing difficulty in planning for timely resupply.
Research articles I have read suggest this product, if it works for chronic fatigue, will probably take 4 months or more, so unable to rate effectiveness of product yet. Would prefer to source item in UK to resolve delivery problems.
