It was super easy and fast to order. However I had trouble seeing the actual color of the wig I ordered. Other than that everything was easy.

I have yet to receive notification on the status of the wig I ordered on March 27, it is now April 3. If it takes this long for notification and arrival, I will not order from this website again.

I bought my Sherri Shepard wig from QVC about two months ago and it's now feeling very dry and frizzy on the ends . I contacted Luxhair via Facebook about the horrible condition it was in after just two months and was told to get a leave in conditioner, I did and it didn't help at all. It's dry and stiff feeling nothing like when I first got it. I bought another one from the luxhair website and now waiting for it to arrive to see it maybe I use got a defective one. I really want to love the wig, but after two months it's a waste of money if they are all going to end up a dried frizzy tangled mess.

I was initially excited knowing that wigs were made by Sherri Sheppard and immediately ordered 3 of them on February 22. By mid March I called and found that all were on backorder except for the Sleek Bob Carmel Blonde. I then requested for the shipment of that wig. Well, received it 2 days ago on March 28. It does shed when styling. While after many calls and the customer service reps were very friendly and helpful, I am still waiting on my 2 remaining wigs as of today, March 30th. I was told it will be 2 more weeks before they come. This has not been a good experience for me.

I first saw Sherri's wigs on a shopping channel. I loved what I saw but was hesitant to purchase then. Several days later I decided to try the Pixie. So I goggle Sherri's wigs and found her website. I ordered the Pixie and was thankful for the payment plan. I will definitely recommend the website to my friends because of the ease of shopping.

This is the first time I ordered Sherri's Wig's. I placed my order on March 8, 2017 for the buy two wigs and get one free. As of today March 30, 2017, I have not received my wigs.😥. When I called on two different occasions, I was told that "you must wait one month, to receive a wig.". I only ordered because I wanted to wear my new wigs for a special Sister's Dinner Party and my husband's Birthday and I did not have my new wigs for either occasion. I feel that the one month waiting time should Be told before placing an order. This system need updating! I'm not sure if I will order again, that depends on how the wigs look whenever I receive them. Very Unhappy Yvonne S. Davies

Ordering was easy. Wish when you click on the colors the wig in the picture would change so you could see what the color would look like. Can't wait to receive the wig.

Selections great however website not so helpful. Order did not give an estimated delivery date. Delay in response to order. Would like to see wig options in more than one color not just the color swatches.

I ordered a wig for the first time ever! but I noticed that I had picked the wrong one.So I got on to the chat service and I got the best service I have ever gotten! He helped me change my order Item. Im so excited that it was changed so easily.Thank You!!! to Sean who helped me.

A perfect 5 star shopping experience !! Every wig I've gotten has been the best quality and spot on styling!! Their prices are so reasonable. I keep everyone guessing which is my hair or the wig!! At these prices we can own them all!! Keep them coming Sherri !!

I just sent one wig back it didn't have curl like it was suppose to have, let's see what and how long it takes to get a new one

I just ordered a bob, hope I really like it. If I do then I'll get more. ?? The site was easy, but would have like to been able to view styles in different colors. :(

I have three lux wigs and love them, they look like real hair and are very light and comfortable. I have previously bought a real human hair wig from a local wig store and paid over $100.00 for it, the ends of every strain were brittle and the wig didn't look as good as lux wigs.
My husband does't know I am wearing a wig, I don't want him to know, he
loves how I look, he tells me everyday, all the people I know don't know I am wearing a wig.

The gentleman that helped me place my order was so curtious and patient with me when we were placing the order.
He was so careful that he got the order right.

I would wear any of the styles. I always wear wigs. I will recommend the site to others. The price was affordable for me.

Easy to order and can't wait to receive my new wig....

I'm already in love with my wig and I haven't received it as yet, I love short colored wig , I think this one is a big plus for me.
