I ordered some tiny diamond stud flat backs which looked gorgeous on the site. Reality didn’t match up and they weren’t even flat backs, these had a plastic back fastener. Maybe I ordered badly as I see some people on here give 5 stars??
I emailed for a refund and was surprised by how responsive the CS team were. Full refund and an apology that I felt their advertising was misleading.
I’d just recommend you order carefully and read any item description.

I bought 3 earrings and absolutely love them! Ive been wearing them for a week straight so far and no irritation or tarnish after showers!
I was particularly surprised by the prompt and super kind assistance received through their Instagram page every time I asked for help during the shipping period (I forgot to insert my email at check out so they helped me monitor the package). Truly worth the wait and highly recommended!

I have purchased from this company twice now and I just discovered it a month ago. I have worn my earring stack everyday for the past month and it has not tarnished at all! No irritation or itching ever either! The earrings are very secure for the most part, but I had a pair fall out and I worked with a very helpful and nice employee who bared with me for a couple days and is now sending me a pair of earrings for free! This is my favorite jewelry brand by far and I get compliments on my stack everyday and I recommend their brand to all of my friends and anyone who asks. :)

Be very careful of your purchase. What you receive vs. what the product looks like online can be very different. Customer service is not very responsive. Return policy is not good, so you may just waste your money.

I really like these tiny little huggy hoops. They are lightweight, and really pretty. Comfortable on the ear.
