Being shouted at by the helpdesk…

Being shouted at by the helpdesk operator seems to indicate a poor customer service ethos.
This company provides a qualified digital certificate service.
When I asked for an updated guide to installing this in Adobe Acrobat (which they have issued in the past), I was told, in increasingly irate tones, that "Adobe is not our software and so is not our problem".
Er, Adobe is the market leader for PDF. If you want to sign a document digitally, this is what the market uses.
10 minutes with ChatGPT showed me that Adobe Protected Mode was the problem. Clearly not beyond the capability of Luxtrust to say this to their customers.
Time to look at the 150-200 other providers in Europe?

Disfunctional security system run by incompetence!

Update 16/07/24: My exremely kind boss took his time to veryfy and reinstate my access to the fraudsters. He has spoken to both mafia the Bank who enforced on us customers this sidekick luxtrust scam.
Video verification 20€ Bank verification would cost 47€! Once you got robbed at daylight by the verification all you get is we will be in touch within 24 hours. No, they do not provide you access immediately but taking your money straight away! Organised rip off crime within Luxembourg! 🤮🤮🤮
20€/5 minutes Imagine the money the steal from hundreds of thousands of Luxembourg bank customers.
DigitalEuro will steal our money faster than the public thinks...

The beginning of misery mid 2024.
Changed password. Then their own system did not recognize the new password which have been comfirmed by the system. OMG!
I have complained and complained.
Still until today access partially restdicted on the account. Spuerkees got no time for their customer to sort this out!!! Understaffed. The need to get stuffed!
This is a digital mafia! Wait til digital Euro kicks in! We might have no access to our own money... Go on holiday card will not work. Token worked without issue for 20 years. This company is a Mickey Mouse company employees are a joke! A real bad joke! Should be disbanded...

The Token is invalid so I needed a new…

The Token is invalid so I needed a new device for my company and called Luxtrust. I was informed that LuxTrust mobile only can be used for ONE account and I already used it for my private account. I was then recomended to use a smart card for my company access instead, which comes with an extra cost. But I agreed and they said they will send a smart card and the invoice. It never came so I called again and was informed it was sent. Since time dragged out I called a third time. This time they said they will send it again. And when I finally recevied the mail it was a new Token which was the main problem since it cant be used. So I called a forth time. This time I was informed that i have to pass by their office to pick it up and bring some documents, but it will take another 10 days to receive it...if I am not prepared to pay an extra cost of EUR 300 !!! to get it delivered, at their office, the next day. What a crap company! If, possible avoid it at all cost.
