Beware

I ordered a mask over a month ago and was charged but haven't received anything yet. I received a text message confirming my address and phone number and they also said that I would be receiving a confirmation and tracking number once the item shipped. I have yet to receive a confirmation number or any updates on this purchase. I believe this site may be trying to steal personal information by using "phishing" techniques as someone else stated in their review and would not recommend purchasing anything from here. I ordered through PayPal so I should be able to get my money back due to their agreement but this is the least of my worries at this point.

I ordered and was charged for a bag…

I ordered and was charged for a bag from this site. I did get a text confirming my address and phone number and they also said I'd be receiving a confirmation/shipping number. I never received a confirmation number and now the site is blocked as suspected "phishing". I'm not sure how else to report this, I may never get my money back. :(

Poor customer service

I had contact with the customer service via email but I have not received a response, had also sent via WhatsApp and was the same. in the end blocked me from WhatsApp.
