Worst company ever.
I ordered from them about a week ago about my order that was suppose to be delivered the next day. It wasn’t delivered I emailed then about it the next few days after they said they would get back to me. Didn’t receive any email from them, I now chased them up on WhatsApp, instagram and I called them directly still no answer. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Fraud

Do not order from them. They do not get back to you at all. Ordered a pair of shoes as a gift and has been over a month without no response or refund. I trusted this company as I ordered from them a couple of years ago but after this recent experience I will stay very clear of them.

I have been waiting four weeks still haven’t received my shoes and they aren’t getting back to me

I paid money for a designer bag that was never delivered. They have not got back to me. Stolen my money.

Asked for a pair of exclusive trainers for an event with 48 hours notice the boys at luxury connected went above and beyond to find them for and got them to me just in time couldn’t recommend them enough, thanks again lads!

I ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter for Xmas they were too small I messaged the company Xmas day hoping when the holiday was over I would get a reply but instead they replied 10 min later to let me no an exchange would be possibly they were nothing but helpful from the first message and I would honestly use them again I was very pleased with there exceptional customer service skills easiest return I have even had to do Thank you so much

Ordered a pair of Jordan Mid 1 GS and received an order confirmation. After 6 days I had received no dispatch confirmation so sent a couple of emails requesting an update.
Finally got a response via Instagram that they would look into the issue. Chased them again to finally be told that due to a "technical issue" with pricing, the item had been priced wrongly so they have cancelled and refunded my order.
This is a shame on a couple of points. Firstly it would have been nice if they had acted on this quicker and I hadn't had to chase them several times for a response. Secondly it was their mistake and it would have been nice if they had done more to try and rectify the issue with me.
I do appreciate that they have apologised for the issue, but for a company with such glowing reviews, I am left disappointed and frustrated and won't be shopping with them again.

Brilliant service. Bought a pair of Yeezy 350’s for my son’s birthday on Sat (purchased them Wed night - Yes I left it late!). Asked if they could get them to me by Fri if I paid extra, etc. Instead they contacted me today and said they would hand deliver them Fri to ensure my son had them for his birthday! Really I was shocked, never had such good service and I have used plenty of the others such as StockX, GOAT, Droplist, etc and honestly never had such great service.
