Took £108 but company stopped operating
I ordered & paid online £108.00 for 4 lights on 05/09/23. The same day I was advised by email my order was being processed. The dispatch time was 7/14 days so when I had still not been advised of dispatch, I tried calling them on 15/05/23. The call went directly to an answerphone message informing they were closed due to ill-health. I checked & there was a banner across the top of each page of their website stating they are closed due to ill-health. I emailed cancelling my order & asking for refund. I left answerphone messages stating the same. I tried using the contact us form on their website. After filling it in, it then won’t let you send it to them due to them being closed due to ill-health. I have left further answerphone messages. I have still received no response, no lights & no refund of £108.00. I am now going through the process of claiming chargeback through my bank.
A decent company to order from
Items arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, one had a significant flaw in it once unwrapped. They were very amicable about resolving the issue and sent me a fast replacement with no hassle of return once I’d sent photos of the problem.
6 light and 4 light Orbit Light
I ordered the 6 light and the 4 light Orbit Ceiling Light. These items both look fantastic in our Living and Dining room. I ordered them at separate times just due to how the house was renovated, when I placed the order on the 4 light version I was contacted swiftly by a friendly customer service agent (Debbie) who informed me that they were currently out of stock of that light. She informed me that they were getting new stock in, how long it would take, and when I could expect delivery. She then asked if I was OK to wait or if I would like to cancel my order without being charged. It's that level of care to the customer I think that makes a company stand out.

I have bought two light fittings and both are perfect. One was not in stock after I paid but was contacted straight away on the lead times. I decided to wait and was kept updated on the status of the order. Would buy again.

I ordered clothes for Christmas presents for the wife she had picked out. Used PayPal to pay at a cost of $103.00+. December 28th I sent them a email asking where my order is. The only reply I got was another $68.00+ charge to PayPal. Needless to say I am disputing it and tomorrow will be contacting the District Attorneys Office !

From the moment we placed our order, Debbie @ Luxury Lighting provided the most impressive customer service. Initially there was a slight delay in our order due to Covid, but she let us know immediately and it was not an issue at all for us to wait. After we received the lights (which are fantastic and look gorgeous, all for a reasonable price) our dog chewed one of the component parts, Debbie dealt with my request for a replacement right away and we received it direct from the manufacturer the next day. A service that went above and beyond and we will definitely be using Luxury Lighting again!

Flawless transaction
The kitchen light that I needed had to be double insulated; Luxury Lighting were one of the few companies that sold them. The light arrived promptly and was well packed, and I was kept informed throughout.

Delivery was a problem here
I ordered a banker's light for my husband's birthday nearly a month before the day. Delivery was advertised at 14 days. In fact, the light wasn't delivered until about a week after the birthday. I was kept informed of a problem with the manufacturers, but had to source a different present rather quickly. The couriers were Citylink who delivered when I was out and required a signature. They left a card which told me how to arrange for a different day or for delivery to a neighbour. In either case, the time slot was given as 07.30-17.30hrs. This is heroically inconvenient for anybody, and in fact the parcel was delivered at a time when my husband was here to sign for it. And wanted to know what it was of course! He's no wiser because this will now be his Christmas present, but apart from the fact that the light was delivered much much later than advertised online, I would avoid ordering from a company that uses Citylink because of the inflexibility/inconvenience. I had a parcel from DPD the following week. They texted me a 2-hour slot and the driver turned up precisely at the beginning of that slot. And you can also track your parcel and predict exactly when it will turn up. Other couriers do the same, but Citylink would put me off using this company again. How good the light is, I shan't know until after Christmas!
