Last year the renewal premium went up unacceptably high so I went with Hastings Direct. My renewal is up again so I thought I'd give LV another try. Very competitive quote so I'm back with LV. Such a shame Allianz are ditching the LV brand as it's tried, trusted and loved brand in the UK. Everyone knows who LV are. They don't really know (or care) who Allianz are so I expect we'll be losing a good deal of UK business. Thanks Allianz.

Online quote easy to navigate backed up with excellent telephone support dealing with questions. All with competitive pricing.

Losing a car is never great, but LV made it straightforward, quick and coughed up a reasonable value for the car. People I dealt with were professional and friendly.

I had to claim for water damage at my home and they were excellent at dealing with it.

What should have been a straightforward claim for a minor incident was often drawn out and complicated. Time to answer phone calls was ridiculously long.

My today’s experience with LV was downright outrageous. After moving to a safer village, I was slapped with an absurd £245.69 fee, while my partner paid none. I asked 10 direct questions—zero answered. I demanded a manager—“no one available.” In a company this size, that’s unbelievable.
I paid £247 monthly for months to them, now I pay £97 elsewhere with so much more additional!. An absolute lack of accountability, answers, and leadership is unacceptable. You owe me, and every customer you are putting through this an apology. Disgusting behaviour.

Being able to contact an agent rather than having to use online only. Having an option of both is much better.
