Joined and deposited money placed a bet won the bet and asked for withdrawal . Account blocked and asked for self employed tax Paypal screenshots etc submitted. Poor stuff I have deposited once and now waiting for them to process documents terribly slow live chat waste time just state 72 hours . Slow glitchy mobile website. As soon as you process a half decent withdrawal they block your account, wait a couple of days and request doc's. They then use there 72 hour period to ignore your emails / uploaded docs.

Modern platform with fast documents verification and withdrawals actually not bad, they took 2 days for me. reading these reviews does create questions but I have no reason to believe these people will scam you based on my experience. To lose a Gaming license is not worth the risk

I’ve had very good experiences with LV ( definitely 5 stars). But today there is something strange. Made a withdrawal yesterday and I know this may take 3 business days. This morning my withdrawal was cancelled. I didn’t receive an email, so asked the operator on live chat. I was told the reason is an unsettled deposit. Haven’t got a clue what that means. There are no incomplete deposits in my account. I trust everything will be fine. So my three stars will be 5 again. But reading all these reviews do give me some concerns.

The strangest experience ever at a bookmaker.I opened an account and my account was immediately block without any explanation why. I asked lc chat and they refused to tell me. I have no idea why they dont want my custom. There are plenty of other places that do want my money so will use them in the future.

I went to the casino and asked to withdraw the winnings. I quickly sent all the documents necessary for verification to the casino. After 2 weeks, I received a letter that my account was blocked and my deposits and winnings were canceled. I tried to find out the reasons, but they answer the same "irregular activity." I didn't get any other explanation or evidence. Casino is abusing its rules to gain. Avoid this casino, they are scammers and deceive their consumers. I'm very angry.

With so many betting sites online at the moment taking MORE money off customers should be the last thing you do. I feel this site is trying to make a “quick buck” placing charges in very strange places and for very strange reasons. If you are lucky enough to win a bet at the beginning of the week you are allowed to withdraw for free. If you then win again later in the week and withdrawn you are charged €5/£4.64 for every withdraw you make that week. Also the deposits you make take a good few minutes to show in your account but they let you continuously deposit until it shows. I have opened accounts with quite a few betting sites and this is by far the worst. Now let me caveat this by saying I closed my account with a lot more money than I had before so it’s not because I lost any. I was also told that if I closed my account while money has been attempted to be withdrawn I might not receive my funds due to them not being able to contact me. This is strange as they have my email and have emailed me several times. Now no doubt their reason will be “You have closed you account so we are unable to cold email you after your account is closed”. But I assure you if they were owed money they would find a way to contact you. I currently have a £25.64, £20 and £100 withdraw the latter two I have already been emailed stating the funds were on the way that was on 14/04/21 so it remains to be seen if the money arrives. I have little hope my £25.64 arrives even though I have both withdrawn before closing my account and my KYC has been excepted(if it hasn’t they have had no problem with me depositing several times). If all the withdraws I have requested appear in in my bank I will update my review to two stars. There is plenty of other sites out there who offer better odds and general better experience.

Decent amount of games. Was a little worried about the reviews regarding payouts ect but I have had no problems couple of days and sent back to my PayPal account. Whilst u can deposit money in about 5 min withdrawal is over 3 days.In addition u are waiting sometimes few hours for bet to be settled.U cant play for money u won.Worst from all bookmakers I have had used. Not recommend. UPDATE: Even 1 week ago I request withdrawal at friday and get money on tuesday. After 3 days I had confirmation email. If bet is settled as lost u never have a problem to settle it so quickly.If its won I have to write to support. I like play live but my money is always freezed as u like to settle bets 2 hours later or even more. Its first bookmaker in my life that like make delays in winning bets and withdrawals.
