LWE have had my package in their possession for almost 3 weeks. No attempts to deliver. Do not answer online forms. Do not answer their phone. Their voicemail box is "full". Not remotely trustworthy, avoid them.
Parcel marked as delivered to a false name, no signature taken. Unable to contact the company by phone and no answer to emails. Terrible service.
This company sucks!
Look, it isnt a scam, but it seems understaffed, and not all arsed about punctuality. My package has been sat at a warehouse near me for about a week now, and there is absolutely no updates by the company on when it will actually be delivered. Considering just going down to the warehouse and getting it myself.
The absolute worst courier logistics service I've ever come across, the issue wasn't the disgustingly slow service they provide for their 'Express' option, the issue is with their scam behavior, they took 2 weeks to actually ship out the package that the seller shipped out the same day it was ordered.
It took over 2 weeks for them to ship it out from their local courier station to international freight and another 45 days for the package to reach from China to Malaysia, from then on it has been almost 2 weeks that the package is 'Out For Delivery', every single day that I've checked the status of the package, it's been out for delivery.
I called these guys over 30 times, no one answers, there is no follow up from their customer service, and the package is still out for delivery. There is genuinely no other way for any customers to contact them and I'm starting to think that this has been set up by design.
This company raises too many red flags to be used safely, the fact that this company received an 'Essential' status during Covid lockdown all the while, providing the lowest standard services tells me this company is shielded by government higher ups, but at least I can warn their customers that LWE's service, both the courier and their customer service functions akin to that of a fraudulent scam company.
My package still hasn't arrived, and I don't know if it will, there is no way to contact CS, they just won't pick up, please be aware of these guys, avoid them if you have other options.
