Dishonest, Disrespectful, and Proud of It

**Predatory, Dishonest, and Hostile — A Dealership That Treats Customers Like an Inconvenience**

Lynch Mukwonago is, without question, one of the most unprofessional, manipulative, and disrespectful dealerships I’ve ever encountered. If you care about being treated fairly, honestly, or like a human being, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I originally spoke with a salesman named Jeremy, who agreed to come down slightly from the list price before I made the trip in. That agreement was conveniently forgotten the moment I walked through the door. Jeremy abandoned our discussion halfway through to chase another customer, returned 30 minutes later, and pretended our previous agreement never happened. He also changed the trade-in value we had agreed on, even though nothing about my vehicles had changed.

The dealership refused to negotiate at all, even though the vehicle I was purchasing had been rotting on their lot for over a year. No additional dealership discounts — just the standard manufacturer rebates, which are available to everyone.

Once I committed to the vehicle out of necessity, everything got worse.

Post-Sale: Where It All Went Off the Rails

Jeremy became short-tempered and dismissive as soon as the sale was finalized. When I returned later to pick up a part I ordered, I asked about several immediate mechanical issues. Instead of showing even the smallest amount of concern, he was rude and confrontational — clearly irritated that I had come back with problems.

Then came the final insult: "Dave I.", their so-called "social media guy,"** decided to respond to my original review not with professionalism, but with derogatory, inflammatory personal attacks. Instead of addressing the very real issues I raised, he escalated the situation by making untrue and mocking comments.

A dealership that allows its public-facing staff to insult customers online is not just poorly managed — it’s dangerous to do business with.

(And for the record, Lynch later deleted his unprofessional comments once they realized how bad it looked — a classic move.)

The Vehicle? A Disaster.

By 43,000 miles, I’ve dealt with:

- **Complete engine replacement** at 27K due to a recall
- **Air conditioning failure** after less than 6 hours of use
- **Alignment issues** in under a year
- **Battery failure**
- **Rear cargo light broken** on day one
- **Daytime running lights** flickering randomly
- **Hinges failing** — all replaced
- **Suspension issues** → facing a **$3,000 repair** today

And how did Lynch respond? *“We didn’t build it.”* That’s the level of accountability they offer: zero. The moment the paperwork is signed, you're no longer their concern.

Lynch Mukwonago has already flagged and removed previous reviews of mine. Why? Not because they weren’t accurate — but because they want to hide valid criticism. Let’s call it what it is: damage control. I’m posting here because customers deserve to know the truth.

Final Word

This is not just a dealership with poor service — it’s a dealership that lies to get you in the door, abandons you after the sale, then insults you publicly when you speak up. That’s not just bad business — that’s hostile behavior.

Lynch Mukwonago is the definition of short-term thinking and long-term failure. I’ll never buy another vehicle from them, and I strongly encourage others to stay away. There are far better dealers out there who actually understand what customer service means. This place just isn’t one of them.
