BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE.
A truly awful experience with this awful auction room.
I purchased an item that was catalogued as silver. I could not handle these items so I trusted the auctioneers description.
As soon as I received my purchase I could see very large areas of visible copper.
I contacted the auctioneers yes-man who spun a story that these are low grade silver and as such there would not be a consideration for a refund.
I explained that copper boxes with silver plating can't be classified as silver, even low grade silver and I would like to request a refund.
This was the last I heard from the Lynda Trouve.
I feel that this is misleading and dishonest and I would warn potential buyers to approach this auction house with extreme caution.
