LYNKOE is a scam company
LYNKOE is a scam company. Please do not order anything from that site. I have ordered 2 outfits on 10th February 2025, after 2 weeks of ordering I enquired when they will ship, they said they very busy and will send parcel as soon as possible. Only 1 item they dispatched and what I received is totally a scam. They will sent a cheap material kids dress. When I enquired they just said keep the parcel and we will refund 30%. I emailed back asking for full refund, they said to send the parcel back then only will refund fully. This was the first time I ordered from lynkoe. Please do not order from that site. It's a scam.

The website is pure scam
The website is pure scam, any reviews that show positive feedback are made up, they advertise Indian clothing for women and then send extremely cheap tops so that they can say they shipped something. What you pay for is not what you get. Please do not send any money or you will regret it. They have a China origin and a company called Shine which is the customer support. No intention of returning any money. My wife ordered 5 complete Indian outfits and what they sent is so disgraceful. Stop scamming people for the sake of making money, Lynkoe is a complete Fraudulent business.
Lynk & Co Madrid / Spain - absolute disaster - how does this business exist???
Based on my experience with Lynk & Co Madrid / Spain - I would give ZERO stars if I could.
I got a flat tire on the side of the road on 1 Feb in Madrid.
The car was towed to a compound and I was told it would be sent to the repair shop in “a few days”.
Here we are - it’s 12 Feb and no one from Lynk & Co knows what’s happening. They don’t even know where my car is!
Some people are telling me it was already sent to the repair shop but I can see on GPS the car hasn’t moved from the compound since Feb 1.
I was NOT offered a replacement car.
So I am paying for what?!?!
I’ve called at least 6 times and every time I get a different story but no one knows what is actually happening with the car.
How can you run a business like this?
It’s time to cancel my subscription and I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to use this service.
ZERO STARS. A TOTAL JOKE BUSINESS.
Terrible customer handling!!
Terrible customer handling!!! We leased for a year, had normal usage scratches and called them to ask before returning if this was something we should cover my self-risk/insurance. They said it was fine, we left the car w all normal check procedures, no comment and then 3 months later out of nowhere get an invoice of 47 000 sek with like 1 week to pay. When calling the customer service, the poor person did not know where to direct us and said we should file with the Swedish handler of consument complains (ARN) as that’s sometimes the way. Neither any answer on splitting cost (how many has 47’ w 7 days notice or their normal client group??) We would happily have paid like 10 in the self risk but this I explained cost and handling is seriously the worst I’ve experienced. There were also a lot of mess w the car and v bad service when that happen. One advice - DO not lease from this company!!!
The worst car subscription ever
I strongly recommend to avoid any relationship with this company. The main target of such company as Lynk&Co with all there Instagram, showrooms, clubs, presentations is to provide the good, pleasant and comfortable SERVICE to their customers. But this guys doing anything but not the service. Just for one of many bad examples, they were replacing the side mirror for my car for 3 MONTHS! Just imaging that! And the substitution car was worse than 01 and caused additional parking and fuel costs.
Making long story short, Lynk&Co proposed me to swap the car and we did it in September, 2024. In a few days after swap they surprised me with an email and demanded extra fee. They charged me for the scratched wheels for €800. After 3 years of car exploitation in Barcelona how it is even possible to keep the wheels brand new?!? Probably, I must keep the car in a private garage and don’t drive at all. Ok, I didn’t refuse to cover this fee, I just asked them to do it in parts because it is simply out of my family’s monthly budget. They answered me (I have the email) verbatim: “…we suggest you pay as much as you can as and when you can”. So, I was following this suggestion, but they stopped invoicing/charging me despite our agreement. Obviously, I was not able to pay since November, 2024 without the invoices. Nobody has called me or emailed me during this period to clarify the issue.
And now they cancelled my contract unilaterally and sent to me the collectors, despite I never refused the payments and Lynk&Co generated all possible circumstances to prevent me from executing the monthly payments. All my attempts to discuss the issue with Lynk&Co have come to nothing apart of additional negative experience and stress from their Customer service department.
Horrible experience
I have ordered a car for private lease and I was as supposed to get the delivery in Oct 2024. Since then I am doing follow up after every 2 weeks for the delivery and their customer service team gave false commitment every time. Now in Jan 25 after 4 months of follow up they say that there has been a delay and they cannot provide me with tentative dates as on when we can expect the delivery. They wasted our 5 months.
Just horrible service!
Worst leasing ever
Worst leasing ever - was early adopter in ‘22 and got one of the first 01 cars - over time the service got worse . Suddenly i need to drive it to service (was incluted) - then i need to change tires (was incl before) and a few day ago a sales rep called to “offer” me a swap to new - I am not interest and then i got threat that they Will come and tow away my Car - please stay away from Lynk. NOT WORTH THE BOTHER !
Renting this car will never give you the headaches of ownership
We had the car for some 18 months. Although the basic service is decent (= a car that serves its purposes of driving around) - It was also a daily reminder of its poor quality, such as miserable software, sensors and "rustic" feel. I gave totally up on using the handsfree telephone.
Incompetent Subscription Management and Severe Service Failures
Lynk & Co's subscription service has demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence and disregard for basic customer service standards. While the vehicle quality was adequate, the handling of the subscription process and customer communication has been nothing short of appalling.
A cancellation request was submitted on August 20th, fully compliant with Lynk & Co's 20-day notice period for termination by September 15th. Despite repeated follow-ups through multiple channels—including email, phone, their customer portal, and even direct outreach to their employees—Lynk & Co failed to acknowledge or confirm the request until September 11th. This unacceptable lack of response forced the assumption that the contract would be considered terminated as of September 15th or by me suggested 30th.
It is only on September 11th—nearly three weeks later—that Lynk & Co communicated that the subscription would end on October 15th, ignoring the original cancellation notice and their own contractual obligations. Such a delay and disregard for the customer’s clear instructions are entirely unacceptable and indicate severe flaws in their service operations and internal communication processes. Charges beyond the agreed termination date of September 15th are not acceptable, and the additional costs incurred due to Lynk & Co’s delays, such as parking fees for 2 cars now, are direct consequences of their mismanagement.
This level of service failure points to a deeply flawed organizational structure that cannot be trusted to handle even the most basic aspects of customer management. Immediate resolution is demanded to confirm the contract's termination effective September 15th and to provide clear, unambiguous instructions for vehicle return without further delays ASAP.
Given this experience, Lynk & Co has proven to be unreliable and incapable of delivering a competent subscription service. Their profound service deficiencies should serve as a warning to anyone considering their offering. Proceed with extreme caution!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Joke!!
We signed contract with them at the end of May and were promised 4-6 weeks and when after 7 weeks we started asking them where is the car they told us they have some issues and they can’t give us delivery date even in weeks or months time!! They ruined all our summer plans and now we don’t have a car to take our kid to school next week because getting an answer from them took weeks!! And they don’t even bother to write themselves that they are facing issue. The worst company!
Terrible software, dangerous
Had a rental Lynk, terrible software. Will show the wrong speed limit, for example motorway limit in rural roads, the recent destinations wiped out, screen dimming with no reason, satnav slow to react to the point of being dangerous. Dashboard software not intuitive at all. Bad overall
Cannot trust delivery dates nor Lynk at all
Booked a car +2 months ago with stated delivery date this week in the booking confirmation. Hadn't received any updates so swung by their office to check what the status was. There the sales representative tells me that I should not expect any car for several weeks if not months. Planned summer roadtrip = crashed. According to the sales representative, tons of customers had overdue deliveries currently and described the situation as chaotic.
What bothers me the most is that Lynk didn't manage to send one single email in time notifying me that the delivery would be late. Then you could possibly adapt to the situation and make bookings elsewhere etc. Now you need to physically get to their office to learn that your car will not be delivered. What a joke.
App full of bugs - lost my weekend
I borrowed a car on the app, it didn't work at all to open the car, the app was full of bugs, and there is no support in the weekend to contact. So I lost my weekend because of this.
Don't waste your time and money with that. It's also very concerning about the quality of the car full of electronics when the app is that bad.
Great Concept, Atrocious Execution
We signed up for a Lynk & Co services with high expectations, but our experience has been disappointing
**March 13, 2024: Car arrival**
❌ The wait time from signing up to receiving the car was over 9 months (286 days in total), much longer than expected.
❌ On the day we collected the car, the rate increased from €550 to €650. This unexpected hike felt quite dishonest and started our experience on a negative note.
❌ Additionally, the car was not properly cleaned when we collected it. We were expecting a premium service considering the cost, but the car was cleaned very approximately and not done properly.
**May 12, 2024: Car accident**
We decided to go to Friesland to enjoy the nice weather. After driving for a couple of hours, we were stuck in traffic waiting for a bridge to open. Suddenly, we were hit by a car, likely driven by someone who had a heart attack. This car hit seven or eight cars in line on the highway, smashing between two lines of cars. While this is not Lynk & Co's responsibility, the subsequent handling had a significant impact on our experience. We had to leave the car on the highway for security reasons as the electric engine needed to be unplugged. A police van dropped us off at the nearest McDonald's, and from there, we expected Lynk & Co to provide support:
❌ We were told a taxi would come to collect us and take us to the nearest LogicX car dealer for a new car. Instead, we were picked up by a regional shuttle that made multiple stops, which was extremely inconvenient after a traumatic accident. We felt poorly treated, having to wait for a shuttle and then an hour for the car dealer to open due to miscommunication between Lynk & Co and LogicX. We were left waiting in the middle of nowhere with our dog and belongings as the sun set.
❌ When we finally received a replacement car, it was a Renault Clio, not a vehicle comparable to a Lynk & Co 01. This car is unsuitable for long trips, yet we continue to be charged the full amount for a Lynk & Co car.
**May 24, 2024: A Fresh 01**
❌ After the accident, it took almost 2 weeks to receive communication regarding a replacement. We received an email from Lynk & Co stating that the repair was taking longer than expected and offering a replacement car. We promptly provided our address with the expectation of receiving the new car within one or two weeks.
**June 16, 2024: Still Waiting**
It has been three weeks since we received the email about the replacement car, but we still haven't received the new vehicle.
❌ Adding to the frustration, we are getting married on the 28th of June in Switzerland and we live in Amsterdam. Our hope was to have our Lynk & Co car to drive from Amsterdam to Lausanne, where we will get married.
❌ After receiving the notification that we would get the new 01, we were hopeful to have a proper car for the trip. However, every attempt to resolve this with customer support has been futile. Despite multiple escalations recorded on their system, no one has reached out to provide a follow-up or an estimated timeline for the new car.
❌ We even asked to freeze our membership since the current car is unsuitable for our needs and suggested upgrading the car between Lynk & Co and LogicX so that we could still travel and have a car worth the money we are paying. Unfortunately, we were told this is not possible. Consequently, the only option for us to attend our own wedding is to rent a car, incurring an additional cost of €700, which is absolutely unacceptable.
Considering the series of negative experiences:
- A dirty car upon arrival
- Increased price on the day of collection
- Poor treatment during the accident situation
- No communication or resolution regarding the replacement car (and lack of empathy and flexibility)
We are seriously considering canceling our subscription permanently. Paying for this service has been a painful experience from day one.
**June 20, 2024: Update**
🎉 We finally decided to cancel our membership.
**March 22, 2025: The Final Insult**
❌ Nearly 9 months after we canceled our membership, I received an automated email from Lynk & Co demanding €1,200 for unspecified extra costs. This company is a joke.
STAY AWAY
DO NOT become a member, you will regret it. Service is the WORST I have ever experienced.
Worst Service Experience of my Life!
Lynk&Co Membership is the worst experience I have have ever had in my life:
- Monthly the managed not to charge me for a year
- Maintenance of the car does not work and they do not have support
- My new Lynk&Co does not work with the app
- Late charges of more then 2 years and 3 months asked to pay
- Monthly lease charge was increased by 10% last year and this year with only a month notice they increased the charge by 100 Euros a month which is 18%
- Customer service does not care, does not understand the client and only focuses on the contract.
- I drove around with a broken car for a year and nothing was done for them to resolve it.
DO NOT become a member, you will regret it. Service is the WORST in the world I have ever experienced.
Tried to buy a Lynk&Co 01 online on the…
Tried to buy a Lynk&Co 01 online on the 12th of November 2023. Seemed to be easy, paid 500€ because they do not trust you. There is only one type of car, the 01, in black or blue with or without a tow hook. Easy, what can go wrong?
At the end of the five minutes process I received a confirmation email. Delivery time, as communicated on their website, is between 5 to 7 weeks.
Some time after the order confirmation I received an email that there is a car with my name on it. In the first week of January I received an email that they did not forget about me.
Around three months after the initial order I started asking questions about the delivery date of my car. To my big surprise there is no car for me. All of a sudden I ordered a type of car not available in Europe (remember there is no option, only the 01 is available).
The solution: I should withdraw my order and order again. No delivery date could be given.
What an unprofessional company this is. Big promises, fancy website, easy to pay your deposit, but they cannot fulfil their promis.
My advice, go to a normal car dealer.
Don't trust
Their claim was 24-25 weeks in july'23 and today is the 35th week and there is even no communication!!! They don't meet their promise, they don't do anything to solve the problem, they don't communicate anything, they are trying to increase all cost they can change.... I'm sorry but the business is operated very very very badly.
Awful service, go away
- 3 canceled appointments to receive the car, sometimes on the same day (although I told them I’m a newborn mum and days need to get planned on my side)
- Was debited for the 1st month 2 days before receiving the car (and signing everything)
- The person delivering the car was 1 hour late and did zero explanation
- I was told by the main salesperson at the Berlin showroom that the franchise was 500 instead, it's 1000 euros. (I learned about this because I had to go through the user manual and documentation many times)
- I was told by the customer service agent on the phone that I would not be paying January if I canceled, but I was debited 600 euros anyway.
- Writing emails to customer service and never getting a reply, always having to call and explain everything every time, like they can't follow what's happening.
- In the car: the call us button never worked, the software inside the car is full of flaws: the digital manual inside the car has never been available, we could not log in with our Lynk and co account and set up keys - the driver window got broken after 5 days, the car is super loud when driving on the highway, and use a lot of gas.
