Same experience with Lynmcare wrong size shoddy manufacture, aske for a replacement size and was asked to send them bact to China...
Contacted Paypal logged a complaint with the purchase and after a few days i had a full refund and the shoes are still here...

I ordered two pairs of shoes & paid for them. The shoes that arrived were marked size EU44. I have been wearing size EU44 for over 30 years and those fitted, and still do, perfectly. The shoes that I ordered were not the ones that arrived from Lynmcare. None of the website paperwork that I received gave any contact details, I simply assumed that it was a scam. Pity really as one pair were quite nice looking. I would advise against dealing with this unreliable company.

Shoes supposed to be 43 but were more like a UK 6! - accepted a replacement order at size 45 which when it arrived was still 1.5cm shorter than a uk9 or eu43. Marked size is obviously incorrect. Also claimed to be extra wide fit - not so! Return seems to be a problem and reading the other reviews, this is also my experience you have to send them back to their address in China with no agreement for them to pay or refund the postage which in my case approximates to the original cost. Shoes are also poor quality and not orthopaedic as advertised.
The company also appears ot be trading out of Germany - also a scam.

Absolute scam. I ordered a pair of Dad hiking shoes, cost £32+, the 48 size (UK 12) when it eventually arrived after 3 weeks was far too tight, & the rear of the shoe had no support, more like a slipper than a shoe. I complained, they gave me a lengthy address in China, which I found was £16 or £28 to return. They would not accept a return to their Heathrow distribution company! I kept complaining, they eventually returned £10. If they can do that then they can return the whole amount.
I now have a shoddy pair of shoes which I cannot use, & am £28 out of pocket.
This is not a customer friendly company, miss selling its shoddy shoes & no feasible return if not suitable.
I would like my £28 back if they see fit.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes at a cost £59.38 from this company and after trying them on they were too small so I had to send them back. Ist wake up call they dont provide a returns service the cost of return is down to the buyer, £33.00 to return. So they eventually get there 1 week later and i get a refund of £50, when I queried why it was £9.38 short they semt another £9.00, I really couldn't be bothered to query .38p, but beware, they will try and withold money from the refund if you do not query it. So the whole excercise cost £33.38p to see if the shoes fitted, total scam, avoid like the plague***

It's a fake brand. It delivers shoes from China of suboptimal quality, certainly when compared with the promises it makes

As others have said, there is absolutely zero quality control. The sizes, whether in shoes or other items of clothing bear no resemblance to any UK equivalent.
Return it for a refund? Dream on.
I'm surprised they actually bother to fulfill the order. They might as well go the whole hog and nick your money at source. AVOID !!!

Bought two pairs of lovely advertise pair of trainers for olderly people ! Both are cheap,fake and nothing to do with medical shoes that my grandma meant to wear it ! It’s scam company ! Return cost of the parcel came to £40, and not guarantee will get back to China ! Avoid at all costs !!!

Terrible shoes that do not agree with the advert. Cheap junk that do not even have a heel "counter" that keeps the heel firm and upright. Got the 6 line return address but have to pay the return postage to China. This company would be prosecuted by the Trading Standards people for basically telling lies about their dreadful shoes. Pity we cannot stop them. Wish we could have their ads removed from the Internet.

Can not find away to return 1pair of ladies shoes which do not match the size guide. The only address I could find was one posted by a reviewer. The cost to send back to China is not worth the hassle. To the charity shop with them next week. Never again!

The shoes appear to be good at a reasonable cost. However, they are too small and not equivalent to EU/UK sizes and I can find no way to return them on line although I have a receipt and paid by Paypal. I think that Lynmcare deliberately avoid a link to make a return easy or possible. What can anyone tell me or jhow to achieve a return or probably an exchange ?

Advertising and position is inaccurate and in my opinion a scam as shoes are a cheap knock off, not comfortable and will probably do your feet harm. After reading the reviews decided just get rid! Learn my mistake.

Like other people I purchased shoes they are to wide and I usually look for wider fittings but these are ridiculous. Tried to contact company same as others they said I had to return to China at my expense on the delivery label is an address in London but that does not exist. Do not buy from this company it’s a rip off.
