WRONG GOODS SUPPLIED; RETURNED; NO REFUND
It has been a very difficult experience dealing with this Company. The goods supplied were not as described or shown in their advert. The items were returned through the ebay returns service. To date, no refund has been received. The amount of time spent trying to sort this out was totally disproportionate to the goods 'purchased'.
Never again.

Absolute Clowns
Placed an order on 13.9.16 told it would be sent within 2-8 days. Basically told me a load of lies about delivery after that then refunded my money today ( 10.10.16 ) when I threatened to report them.
Do not go near these clowns if you need to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time.

Worst company ever!!!!!
This company has to be the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, after two months of taking my money, I contacted the UK wholesaler and Lyon lighting hadn't even paid, they fed me lie after lie, said the items weren't in stock even though I told them what the wholesaler told me.
This company will take you money and rip you off - please stay clear!!!

Having see their reply it is all lies, the issue was nothing to do with the supplier or stock levels, the simple fact was Lyon lighting failed to pay the supplier, this continued for four weeks of me chasing, despite saying the money had been paid, the MD of the supplier confirmed on four occasions that this had not happened.
In the end I have asked visa to recover my money. Again their lies continue and their excuse is to blame someone else. They don't deserve to be in business!!

Purchased 6 50m rolls of Blue LED Striplight to replace cold cathode lighting in the building.
The product is excellent and the service provided by Lyon Lighting was second to noe from the order right through to delivery.

Broken delivery promises, very difficult to get hold of
I placed a fair sized order for products which I was told were in stock. After 3 weeks of chasing having received various broken delivery promises, I was then told at 3pm it would be another 2 weeks before I would get the items. I cancelled the order by email and phone. I ordered the items elsewhere and they were delivered by 0830am the next morning. It is now over 2 weeks later and after many more chases I have still not received a refund !!
