Mack's 'Sound Asleep Soft Foam Ear Plugs' - Not fit for purpose

If I could leave zero * rating, I would: This product is not fit for purpose: After reading rave reviews & spending £10.94 for Mack's 'Sound Asleep Soft Foam Ear Plugs', & following their intruction on how to insert them, they were absolutely useless. The earplugs don't stay in the ear for more than 5 seconds before spring right back out. I reached out to Mack's to see if they would either replace them FOC for their silicone ones, for me to try or provide a refund. This was their email reply re - Order MAC-2252
"Good afternoon Sandy,
Thank you for your message, and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your earplugs.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of these items once they have been opened, apologies about this. However, I am happy to provide you with a discount code which will provide you with a 25% discount on your next order with us":

I will never use this company again & I would suggest you don't either. Zero customer service.
