I am still experiencing an on-going quite dreadful experience with this company. The item arrived in a box that had previously contained fish flavoured cat food and it was wide open, with the item not even contained within a bag of any sort. I have had, to date, 6 separate engagements with the company and am still awaiting a straight answer to the simple question, Did you send it out in the box I received it in? They have been totally evasive (dishonest?) and I am left feeling ignored and extremely dissatisfied.

I'm still waiting for my son's main Xmas gift, ordered 23 Dec, for 'free' next day delivery. It still has not arrived. I have emailed and your theur chat but still not got a reply. There is no phone number to call. In summary fraud/theft. Will have to contact bank/trading standards/

I made an order for several Palm Pals, and there was a slight mix up with my order. The person I contacted was so helpful, and immediately dealt with the issue, and kept in contact with me til it was resolved. Amazing Customer service, added to very prompt delivery, and great offers. I would not hesitate to shop with this company in the future, or to recommend them to others.

Very happy with the buying experience at Mad4toys. Good website and good prices. There was a small issue with my order which was sorted out very efficiently and I got great personal service helping me to choose something suitable.
Would definitely use again. Just a shame they don't have toys for 60 year olds!

Excellent service and grate price. Bought a toy for my son and was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. It was also £3 cheaper than anywhere else. Will use them again.
