I sent back a pair of shoes that did not fit via Royal Mail Tracked but they have not refunded. They received on 7th Feb but have not acknowledged the return. I have raised tickets, messaged on social media and called but no reply. I don't know what to do next to receive my refund.

Shocking, my item has not arrived now they won’t answer emails or phone calls

This might get your attention! I'm trying to buy a pair of boots from you , there on sale on the internet but it won't give me a payment option. I've tried to contact you through email numerous times and not had one response.
Also the number you give out I found on a review on here nobody will answer.Ive also found another number and that also rings out. I've been trying for three days it's a joke.
Are still open? Do u still sell online? Does anyone work there? Am I dreaming?
If anyone buys anything from this place just hope you're transaction etc goes smoothly, if not i hope u have more luck than me contacting this place.

I thought that over £200 less than the list price for a Rab neutrino sleeping bag was too good to be true. But l checked the company reviews and went ahead. The sales team responded by email just after l had placed the order .It arrived the next working day, free tracked delivery in perfect condition. Very good service.

I have ordered a pair of shoes, paid it and received its confirmation and invoice. A day later my order was cancelled. I have ordered another shoes and exactly the same happened.
I don't know that the website doesn't update the stock automatically or it's not known what the actual stock is but it was a huge disappointment. If it would have happened ones I would say I wasn't lucky but twice....
At least I have received refund both times.
I have no trust anymore to try Mad About Mountains again.

I found this company whilst searching online for a RAB coat and compare the prices with other 'high street' named stores. Mad ABout Mountains were much cheaper than anywhere else si I checked their excellent reviews on TrustPilot and ordered the coat. They offer next working day delivery and everything arrived well packaged. Great easy process and you get to support a local business. I would not hesitate in odering from them again. Thanks
