This is in our T&Cs, on our returns page and in the confirmation email sent. We feel more people benefit from the free shipping that we cover. I'm glad you were able to use our discounted returns label.

I have no communication on returning my online purchase. It has been 10 days but have heard nothing. Customer service is non existence. It is a hassle to buy online from this company. I will not buy again and do not recommend for others. I AM HOPING I WILL GET MY REFUND SOON £295.

Recently bought some Scarpa Ranger walking boots from MAM and as it was my first purchase from them I must admit I was a little apprehensive - without reason! The service was absolutely spot on, the boots were dispatched almost instantly arrived in perfect condition in next to no time. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for top quality service.

Unfortunately we are unable to confirm when your parcel arrives with us however your delivery company does this for you. We then confirm when the item is opened and linked to your order.
We have our policy of up to 14 working days, yours is due to be refunded within six working days, although each return takes approx, 10 mins to check un pack, check, fold, re pack and process we have a lot of these to get through so I'm sure you will understand why sometimes it can take a few days.

Excellent service
Information about the Scarpa walking boots I purchased was clear. The process of purchasing online was easy and all the relevant T&Cs, regarding returns and exchanges, was available prior to payment. There was a slight delay, of a day, in receiving the boots but this was an error on the part of Royal Mail.
The boots are great. I would highly recommend Mad About Mountains.

Take care. Dishonest trading in my opinion. Asolo Finder Gv Boot - Men's - Graphite/Graphite-Flame £143.50 on this firms website. I bought a pair this week in Mad About Mountain's shop in Grassington. I was charged £170 after being told they had been reduced!
To add insult to injury I was charged 10 pence extra for a carrier bag!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you are unhappy.
Our online price is sometimes different to shop price due to overheads etc. The RRP on these boots is normally £189.95 and they were reduced to £170. Normally our shop will match our web price if you have seen them online.
