Problems at first, but they eventually fixed it .

edit 3/11/18: Mohamad from MadByTailors got in touch, and remedied my problem (issued a credit for remakes). The quality of the shirts was good (except the black color issue), so assuming the size issue has been remedied, I will be overall satisfied with my shirts, and am very likely to order again.

Ordered 3 shirts from MadeByTailors.com, it took a month longer then expected to receive, then when they arrived the sleeves were 10cm too short on each... The black shirt lost a lot of colour and went dark purple after a cold wash in woolite for darks! No problem "first time customer guarantee"... they responded to my email, opened a ticket, then ...nothing, they stopped responding to my emails, I was to give them the new measurements for a remake..they ignore all emails and chats from me... watch out with this site.

I'm going to ask my CC for a chargeback.
