I had a very unpleasant experience with this website. The booking for the apartment was confirmed and paid by me in the full amount 5 month prior to the stay in spring and now was canceled three days prior to the beginning of the 2month rental period.
It’s almost impossible to reach the customer service in every promise of getting getting back to your question is not to be trusted. Two months before my rental period started I tried to retrieve more information on the apartment and after five phone calls and three emails I still did not get any information and that should have been worried already then. The communication is really frustrating and I don’t understand why they are claiming to have excellent customer reviews and so called five star reviews on their site. Be very careful and better look somewhere else!
