Very poor experience. Arrogant and unhelpful and definitely not customer focused.

I've been trying to get a viewing for a high-end property for 1 week now. They call back, don't leave email/message if you don't pick up. On calling back, they note your msg, but never come back. Ask the same details and questions again and again, and that doesn't seem to bother them at all. I wonder how many buyers they loose that way. Not serious agent.

I contacted the Chingford branch to arrange a viewing. Having filled so many emails from a website, you get fed up of having to repeat the information you have already written.
I have called the
chingford branch to arrange a viewing and being clear about not wanting to repeat information e.g is your house on the market, do you have a mortgage adviser? Whats your position.
Having wanting to make my position clear from the start and speaking in a polite and reasonable manner, i recieved a rude response allegedly from the manager saying i was being rude because i was being clear with my boundaries and not entertaining being played, manipulated or pressured.
I did not engage in a full discussion only to request to speak to a manager. So i was appalled when he told me he was a manager. I told him first impressions count. Wow i hope the rest of the staff dont conduct themselves like the manager. I wont be buying from this agency. When your spending thousands of pounds, the firm has lost a potential sale and i am not lining his pockets with a bonus for rudeness.
