What a wonderful winter escape with our extended family from Sydney to the most roomy , comfortable and accomodating Air B&B we’ve ever shared together.

Fabulous bedroom settings to fit our 3 big families , so stylish and the little touches of lux bedding , pillows and beautiful toiletries in the ensuites.

The outdoor area was the men’s dream area to cook whilst we all lounged around the fire pit and so many extras in the children’s indoor and outdoor play areas.

Thank you to our hosts Sian and Luke for a little nibble gift basket and nothing was short of excellent communication from first booking , to asking about things to do in the community for both the adults and kiddies , until book out.

We will definitely be using you many times in the future and have recommended your Face Book page to many friends and family

Our holiday in Hervey bay was made even more special when we opened the door and stepped inside one of your beautifully managed homes.
Overlooking a lake in Torquay the home was presented beautifully and it felt like home.
The linen, the beds, the kitchen were all appointed to perfection, all we needed was our food and clothes.
I will definately book with you again and would not hesitate to reccomend you to others looking in the area.

Recently stayed in one of the most amazing air bnbs while visiting beautiful Hervey Bay in Queensland. The air bnb was not only spacious, but extremely clean and everything well thought out for my arrival. My host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, our check in was with ease, the late check out I requested was no trouble at all as I had a later flight departure time. The whole house was well supplied with everything I could have wanted after a flight and I really loved the the little extra touches such as the origami toilet paper and neatly presented bathroom linen. Thank you so much for making my stay in your stunning air bnb so wonderful. I will be back in the next month and will be choosing Maefox on my next business trip to your lovely city. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing experience with Maefox! The property was absolutely spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Communication from the team was exceptional from start to finish, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The attention to detail and little touches throughout the home really made it feel special. We couldn’t fault a thing and would highly recommend Maefox to anyone looking for a five-star stay in Hervey Bay. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing. The house we stayed in was presented beautifully. Top quality linen, fully equipped kitchen and squeaky clean. All ready booked our future stay, so many fabulous houses to choose from. We even viewed several houses whilst in town, the Maefox owners went out of their way to look after our stay. We are looking at buying an investment property and wouldn't hesitate to choose Maefox to manage our investment.

Do not trust this company, they are very sneaky and will do anything the can to put the blame back on the client if something goes wrong in your stay. ***AVOID*** ALSO IF YOU LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS, MAINLY FROM FAMILY MEMBERS,THEY ARE ALL POSTED ON THE SAME DAY TO TRY AND BRING THEIR RATING BACK UP. ***BEWARE***

My family and I was very much looking forward to our holiday in Hervey Bay from Brisbane. We booked a home near the aquarium and Bakery Urangan 3/4 months in advance. This was run and managed by MaeFox and Co.
Well what a disappointment.
Missing smoke alarms, cockroaches in the kitchen, a broken non-cold fridge that leaked onto the timber flooring; causing visible wood rotting, while the sheets were washed; there was so much human hair and fluff under and on top of the sheets that I held a fist full in my hand, moldy rubbish in un-emptied bins, empty toilet rolls in en-suite, and animal poop everywhere on the outdoor living areas and including the pool.
After contacting them about this(took longer than 24 hours to respond), they blamed the previous guest for Everything and took no responsibility for maintaining a clean house for new guests.
They offered a refund of 1 night which we accepted, after we accepted they requested we do not post a review on Airbnb since it’s “not fair” to them. After the 14 days period to post a review came to an end they stoped communication and didn’t give us the refund promised. We tried to reach out but they ignored us.
So we had to raise a complaint to Airbnb, after they investigated, they found that MaeFox did not honor their word so Airbnb had to intervene and require MaeFox to honor the refund they had promised to us.
