Bike arrived with chips/holes in the bike frame

ordered a chonky and it came with a broken brake and is very dangerous to ride. However i love the design and feeling of the bike but the brake let it down

Ordered Sunday night arrived first thing Tuesday morning arrived well packaged and not a mark on it everything looks and feels very good we've brought this as a Christmas present so not vern used yet but my husband has had s try and he says it's a good solid bike.. we will be purchasing more for the rest... fantastic service thank you... *****

I recently purchased a mafia blackjack D with my birthday money expecting a fun affordable bike. Instead I received a bike which the brake does not work and has to be pulled for about a minute for it to work and then if not pulled for a few minutes doesn’t work this is very dangerous as I was riding a trail and crashed into a tree because the brake did not work. Not impressed Mafiabikes😡

Poor service, sent wrong colour, bike arranged for collection to be told they won't come as arranged. So now we have to wait another day. Bad attitude and to top it off, they won't send the correct colour bike, until the wrong one is collected.

Do NOT BUY ANY MAFIA BIKE.THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY JUNK.trust me I've been rideing since I was able to ride .now 52 still rideing. I've heard horror storeys with rhis junk from tiawan..buy a decent bike from the start..DONT BELIEVE THE FAF THEY TELL YOU..I CALL THEM THE HOSPITAL BIKES..

Extremely disappointed! The breaks are garbage, wheels and sprocket aren’t true. Want my money back. I’m expecting a refund immediately.

Purchased a mafia chenga bike £650 for my son for christmas 2020, the souped up version and the frame has cracked. looking at other posts on the internet it has happened a few times on the same model of bikes, and after consulting an engineer and looking at photos of numerouse broken frames in the same place it was clear to him it was a manufactured fault that the aluminium had been bent and weakened the strength of the frame stay clear from mafia bikes we have been fobbed off with a plain black frame and now my child has no bike till we pay to have it all swapped over on a frame he doesn't even want

I have a Medusa and nearly everything is broken, the bottom bracket has popped so the cranks move, the cranks have fused together and I can't remove them, both wheel axles are bent, bars are bent, forks are bent, it cost 450 and will cost alot to repair it.
They are decent bikes but I feel I can't justify the bike breaking constantly

Does anybody know if I can replace 26" wheels with 27.5" on a mafia medusa wheelie bike ?, only asking as all 26" wheel sets are out of stock thanks.

I order a Mafia bike one May the 27th. It got delivered 2 days ago in the afternoon/night. I mounted every single piece on the BMX (Mafia Kush 2+ 20"). But the experience itself was not great at all! I tried the bike yesterday at a park nearby. At one of the hills, my pedals broke... I did not do any tricks yet even tho I wanted to. I was just practicing at first. I walked home and couldn't fix it. I could find one of the pieces that fell off, but couldn't find the other one. I hope that the Mafia Bike team could send me a new one. email me for any pictures or further information.

We bought my son a mafia wheelie bike for Christmas last year, its been the worst 400 pound I have ever spent. The bike has spent more time being repaired than it has being used in over a year. The back wheel always comes loose, it had to have a new back wheel after a few months as the hub I fell apart,2 new chains and now it's being repaired again as the pedal is stuck, spent a fortune one this bike getting it fix. Definitely not worth the money
