Loved my necklace! It is more than what I was expecting

I had an issue with engraving but customer service took care of my issue promptly. I’m pleased with the outcome! 😊

I ordered 3 of the mini me necklaces - one for me, one for my sister-in-law, and one for my mother. On top of them taking over a month to arrive, my necklace was not correct. I ordered a rose vermeil chain, 3 rose vermeil boy charms, and one rose vermeil paw. Upon further inspection, I have a SILVER chain, 2 SILVER boy charms, a SILVER paw, and one rose vermeil boy charm. I contacted customer service with pictures included, and all they would respond is “rest assured we sent you the correct rose vermeil necklace.” Obviously not!! Now, when I got the necklace, I was so excited after waiting almost a whole month for it to arrive that I didn’t inspect it. It was about a week later when I noticed it wasn’t right. Unless the rose vermeil is so poor quality that all except one charm would fade within a week, my order is not correct, and they are not offering any help with fixing it. Even if, somehow, they sent me the right one and it has faded to silver already, the website states it has a 2 year warranty - and after a week of wear, my rose vermeil is already faded to silver. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of care in resolving this situation. If they don’t offer a way to fix it, I will be returning it. I absolutely would not recommend this company or their poor quality products.

Easy to order and quick delivery. I placed my order on July 31st and received it on August 9th.

This company has been truly amazing. I have bought 7 bracelets and 2 necklaces and each one is perfect. The quality of the diamonds is great and they are perfect gifts to show how much you care! I will continue to purchase from this company and highly recommend them.

I love my necklace! I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I ordered it and when it arrived the first thing I noticed was the packaging which honestly is better than some of the big brands that I have received over the years. I was super excited to open it and the necklace didn’t disappoint. I’ve been wearing it everyday since and not only is it delicate, but it’s withstood the gym and the shower :) I am in love!!

I spoke with Lea multiple times. I made a mistake on a bracelet that was a very special gift. She made it possible for me to make a change before production started. She was helpful, polite, and kind. I have ordered from Magal multiple times. Their jewelry is amazing and the customer service is unmatched. A great experience all the way around.

The item came timely and was as lovely as pictured on the site. I have bought a few things from Magal and have yet to be disappointed. Packaging was great and ordering is easy! You will love whatever you purchase.

The watermelon gemstone necklace is so cute! It looks just like it does online. My only criticism would be the time my order seemed to be ready to ship and when it left the warehouse. There seemed to be some lag time there. Once it was shipped it arrived promptly.

Do not trust their “2 year warranty” that they promote. I purchased a bracelet from Magal Jewelry and followed all of the care instructions carefully. Despite that, it completely fell apart in less than a month. For a company that advertises a two-year warranty, I expected much better quality and support.

When I reached out, they told me I’d have to pay $35 to have it restrung even though it was clearly a quality issue, not wear and tear. On top of that, customer service was incredibly slow to respond and ultimately offered no real help. They also couldn’t clearly explain their so-called warranty policy, which feels misleading at best.

Overall, I’m really disappointed in both the product and the experience. I won’t be purchasing from them again. With numerous companies making the same product, I would search for a company with better quality jewelry and one that holds up to their warranty standards that they promote.

My husband‘s granny is obsessed with her necklace that she got 20 years ago of her grandkids birthstone people and when I saw this, I knew I needed to get her my kids a.k.a. her great grandkids to Wear as well it is absolutely beautiful and perfect and she was so excited

I still have not received my items. Customer service was quick in responding to my inquiry but the processing and shipping is taking so long

This is my second Magal purchase. I had my first bracelet for YEARS. I meant to send it in for a restring but I misplaced it’s I jumped on the chance to get a new one when there was a sale. It’s my favorite piece ever.

I really do love what I bought, but over the course of the year, one beaded (of many I bought) necklace began to break down. I messaged several times, to no avail. Finally, I received a message, to send it back: They wanted my tracking number, 35 dollar restringing fee, etc. Jewelry is for a lifetime, and so should be repairs. Other companies I have dealt with send a label via email, no matter the time frame and fix for free. That is the right way to go, but I have no control over policy. Now, they cannot find the necklace, as I sent it regular mail. The return process was not respectful. It should be Magal’s highest honor and pleasure to provide a label and complimentary repairs for their customers and products.

I have been buying jewelry for a long time at Magal Jewelry and am always pleased with what I purchase. I like the sustainability of the jewelry. The quality is good and I appreciate Magal using recycled gold and ethically sourced diamonds.
