Well I ordered necklace and mistakenly put wrong address but the support care helped me out to correct the address and my order reached to me with utmost safety. The packing was good and the product was really satisfying.
I must say they have a great team working.

Items are in good condition however I needed to pick it up from the post office due to lack of update. Seller is also very reaponsive in answering my queries regarding updates. Overall experience is quite good

Ordered items 22 days ago. I have not received a single mail or any news of the shipment since the order was completed.

The necklace is fixed and not much of adjustable space. I present this as Valentine's gift to my beloved, and we realize the length we would like to keep is too far from the neck. The pendant and the necklace is nondetachable. How good would it be if we can swap the necklace when we feel like wanna upgrade this necklace. The Aurora effect is what it attracted me to buy, and the result did not disappoint us. Packaging box does not seem grand enough, but with this price, I should not comment more. I would still wanna suggest that there's an option for a better looking packaging method so that we do not need to search for another better packaging method.

Although due to the pandemic it took me a lot of time to receive my order, but the contact team Sofia and Danny were so supportive.

The parcel took a long time to get here (ordered December, it was already Feb and I haven’t gotten my order yet). They were so responsive and sent another parcel which I got a few days ago. Wouldn’t mind waiting so long as the customer service is superb! Kudos to your team! Will definitely order again. :) bonus — items were well-packaged and both the necklace and ring look so good!

The product is OK. My girlfriend wasn't much excited about it but that doesn't mean it's bad. Just taste and colors are different from each other. Had some issues along the order process but I can say that they have an excellent and reactive Support that was always able to answer and assist me. Thanks !

Order took over a month to arrive, but I knew the potential delay at the time of placing the order.

I had a bit of confusion with my tracking info not properly showing where my order was, but I was quickly and successfully helped when I emailed the company. They're extremely attentive and friendly.

The items I ordered are just as beautiful as pictured and I would say well-worth the prices. I would recommend Magick and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.
